“We are loving our food bags (lite)and have found them delicious, it’s like eating out and are always amazed when we see them on the plate. The portion controls are great and we are losing weight and feeling full. It’s also great not having to plan meals. We have been recommending these to our friends and family.”

“Love not having to think about what's for dinner, it's been done for me. No-fuss easy on the brain and taste buds. Best of all never hungry after a meal so it's been great for the waistline. Delivery is always on time, packing of ingredients thoughtfully done. Love having a little extra leftover in the way of seasonings and veg. Thank you My Food Bag team.”

“More time to enjoy the fresh produce send great recipes. I no longer have to shop or think of something for tea. I save money as I am not buying food I don't need and time. My husband is losing weight due to the delicious healthy food we now have. Loving it....”

“We love the gourmet meals supplied for dinner each week. Delicious high quality ingredients that are skilfully combined in a recipe to compliment the main attraction, be it Salmon, Lamb, Mushrooms or Tarakihi - you are assured of a wonderful visual and textural feast! Everything is supplied and with careful attention to instructions and process you can complete a superb meal in less than an hour. Perfect!”

“I was a bit dubious regarding My Food Bag - in terms of cost, convenience and if I was going to like the recipes or not and now easy and quick they would be to prepare! But wow I have been utterly blown away! I love it! I chose the 450 cal ones..... and I am 10kg down in five weeks! The choice of veggies has truly taken me outside of my comfort zone! I would recommend it to anyone who is thinking of having a try - to go ahead!! It’s epic!! Delicious and nutritious!!!”

“I love my veggie food bag. Not having to think up recipes for the majority of the week is just great. Having just enough food products and nothing going to waste (except we hate bok choy) means I do not feel like I am wasting money on items purchased that you think you will use but do not. I am not afraid to add to the recipe if I want more spice or garlic etc or to add less of a product (i.e. cream) if I want to. Always look forward to the new delivery.”

“I am a single, 65 mumble, female and receive a food bag every fortnight and thoroughly enjoy the recipes and the fabulous ingredients that come with each bag. I usually find that there are enough vegetables to keep me going on the week I do not receive a bag. In the time (at least 6 months) that I have been receiving My Food Bag I have only found 2 recipes that were not totally to my liking. The only other gripe I have is that the very rare times there are "frozen" ingredients in the bag they are defrosted by the time they get to me. Well done Nadia, go well. Regards Stephanie, Otaki.”

“The MFB plant-based option is absolutely amazing. Every meal is nutritionally balanced and delicious! My 14 year young daughter is vegan and she not only loves the recipes, she cooks a lot of the meals. Winning! There is always enough for lunch the next day and the only thing I would want more of is the option to order for more than 4 days of the week.”

“Greatest idea ever! We really enjoy the Bargain Boxes - the recipes are easy, interesting and really tasty. The produce is super fresh and we especially like the meals that contain fish. We are a household of two pensioners, and we are small eaters so the Bargain Box is ideal as we get 6 meals from three. My only negative comment would be that there is no choice or substitution available. We do not eat lamb and cannot eat anything that contains curry. I have had to skip the next two deliveries because of this which is a bit annoying! Wish I had known about Bargain Box earlier!”

“This has been great for us, it's got me cooking a wider variety of food, and not having to think "what's for tea?" is amazing. Portions are generous so I usually take leftovers for lunch the next day. Only small issue we've had is the spice packets getting a bit wet with condensation in the box - hopefully moving into the cooler seasons will help with that :)”

“I started to received Fresh Start regularly from the beginning of 2021, as of this week 7kg of weight has gone. I love the meals and the thought of travelling home and I know what I am having for dinner! - I also have the lunch box extra; my work colleagues are always interested what I am having for lunch. Living on my own I notice now that I do not have the food wastage I used to have, and thats a good thing as I would eat extra so food would not be wasted.”
