“We get the fortnightly Fresh Start 5 nights and I can't speak highly enough of it. The produce is always fresh, seasonal and locally sourced, the protein from fish through to venison are high quality and unfailingly fresh. Recipes are easy to follow, delicious and it's terrific that anything that comes pre-prepared or mixed has all the ingredients listed on them so we can still recreate the dishes later on.”

“We have enjoyed several weeks of either Vegetarian or Winter Wellness meals for two. "My Food Bag" is wonderful and we would highly recommend them. All the recipes were easy to follow and delicious to eat and often big enough for an extra meal for lunch the next day! So great value for money.
