“My son got me onto my food bag as since my husbands sudden death I wasn’t looking after myself. Since the food bags I have really enjoyed cooking again absolutely love my food bag meals easy to prepare easier to eat taste amazing. Look like restaurant meals. Thanks so much Nadia and the my food bag team. Fantastic work”

“I lived with my Dad for five years and after he passed away I went through a long period where I was not looking after myself very well. My son and daughter in law gifted me a box and started me on a better journey where I learned new ways of preparing the 'same old' and gave me a new energy in the kitchen. So nice being able to make the dishes look like the pictures.”

“I was not really convinced about paying other people for food and recipes, but thought I'd see what it was all about. Glad I did as it has been a breath of fresh air, all the ingredients I need, easy recipes, quick, and tasty (except when I get a bit over zealous with the chilli!!). I get alternate weeks and find that in the weeks I pay for the box, my food bills are lower as I am not always at the shops.”

“After being married and cooking for 50 years I was getting a little bit stale with ideas! Fresh Start appealed to us both and we have certainly enjoyed the very healthy way of eating. And I thoroughly enjoy not having to think up what we are having! It has been a very rewarding experience and delicious food.”

“I love the meals, they are so easy to cook and very tasty. There is always plenty of ingredients and I seldom have to buy veges for the week when I don't get My Food Bag. Because I work afternoons one week, I cook the meal for lunch and take the left overs to work for tea. There is always enough for 2 meals for me.”

“Is is so convenient and stress free to come home from work each week night, just go to the fridge and pantry and pull together a delicious nutritious and very tasty meal. I miss this convenience and simplicity of ‘what to have for dinner’ when I haven’t ordered ‘fresh start’ for the week. Huge thanks to Nadia”
