“Using Fresh start took so much stress out of my week lt put health back to the fore in our eating and got us eating 5+day and loving it .”

“Fresh start is the best. My husband and I get the 5 meals for 4 and then we have 2 meals for lunch the next day too. Never eaten so many veg in all my life. Feel healthier already and the food tastes amazing.”

“Always excited to hear that knock at the door and the bing on my phone advising it has arrived. Can't believe how little food is required for a family of four plus with leftovers for 2 for lunch the next day it's really good value for money. Love trying new foods, recipes are easy to prepare and cook and knowing what your having for 5 nights takes the stress out of wondering what to cook. Thumbs up to My Food Bag.”

“I love My Food Bag! Working night shifts means that getting to the supermarket and cooking good meals can be a bit of a hassle, so I tried out My Food Bag around 6 months ago, and I’ve been loving it ever since! I love that all the thinking is done for me, and that you can opt for bags without fish too! Slowly converting all my fellow co-workers across, would definitely recommend”

“I love My Food Bag. As a busy solo mother of 1, I barely have time for myself, let alone do the groceries or plan out meals for the week. I love how convenient My Food Bag is and the time that it has brought back into my life. I have recently discovered the Lunch Box option for my son and it is awesome! “I love my fresh start food bag. It’s so easy and I only have to go to the supermarket every couple of weeks now. There is a lot of variety and the recipes are very clear and easy to follow. Sometimes they lack a little flavour but they have the ingredients on the spice mixes so you can always add a little more. Overall super happy”

“We have now started our second week of the Fresh Start programme, and really enjoying the meals. “He who must be obeyed” scoffs 2/3 of the meal with a bit of rice extra, and I have found the 1/3 great for me with no extras. As I have MS and mobility is a major problem, I am doing 30 mins a day on Exercycle and already starting to feel a small difference. The meals give me confidence that I am eating a balanced diet. Thank you.”

“I honestly would give it a 10 STAR if I could . Absolutely lovely meals , I’m going through such a tough time at the moment and it’s saving me so much time and money . It’s always super quick fresh and healthy . I love the different flavours and choices i get every night. Always getting a great source of proteins and veges a day . Love it love it love it . I don’t think I would ever change my mind either . Keep it up foodbag xxx”

“This is the best decision I have made concerning our meals for the week!!!! 1. do not have to think about what to have. 2. The meals are very interesting and healthy. 3. “Ready in 20 for two is encouraging us to try a good variety of recipes and ingredients we would otherwise not experience. Delivery and quality of food is excellent. We like that it is locally sourced and recyclable packaging is used wherever possible. The extra bonus gifts are fun to receive and make us aware of products we've not seen before.”
