“We love my food bag we are in process of building a house and living in a caravan so we find this fast easy and really takes the pressure out of dinner time and knowing that everything for the week will fit in our fridge The recipes are tasty the produce is the best and also gets us to try new flavors which is great”

“The meals are delicious and the ingredients are always top of the line. The recipes are fun to make. I love that I have all of the ingredients to hand for each one. Also, there is always enough food to feed us both and sometimes there is a bit left over for lunch. All in all, a great addition to our lives.”

“We have been using MFB for a couple of months now and there hasn't been dish we have disliked. We love the fresh, local produce that is conveniently sent to our house with easy to follow instructions. The GF bag is super delicious and healthy. The meat is out of this world. We are only 2 adults and it's a shame the GF option cannot be reduced in volume and made slightly cheaper. I believe it could feed up to 4 or 5 adults. Means we have lots of leftovers (not necessarily a bad thing). The only other thing I'd like to be able to do is order food that Ive really enjoyed again, or be able to browse the menus and pick a meal i haven't tried but like the look of. Quite a lot of packaging, but good that a lot of it is recyclable. Would like at least one pudding included in the meal deal per week.”

“The recipes are really tasty and easy to make. I love how you get all the ingredients (and the right amount) to make each meal. I haven’t come across a meal that I didn’t enjoy. It’s so much pressure off at night since you know what you are having and you have everything you need. Really happy with my food bag.”

“After 47 years of thinking about, shopping for and preparing the evening meals I can't begin to tell you just how much I have appreciated the freedom that My Food Bag has given me. I get such a 'kick' when the box arrives and I unpack the yummy food for the coming week knowing that I don't have to think about each meal till 30 minutes before we eat. Lovely fresh produce and top quality and generous protein portions. Also I have lost 8kg in 10 weeks without ever feeling hungry. Thank you Nadia and team, it's been a great journey so far.”

The meals do not take long to cook and are delicious. I just ordered the Fresh Start cookbook so we can continue the plan on the off nights. “MFB has been the best thing for me for more than one reason. I’ve got a pretty full lifestyle, so between work and sport commitment I don’t get much headspace to meal plan. MFB means that even if I get home late in the evening after hockey then I always have fresh ingredients to cook myself a nutritious meal. It takes the stress out of choosing what to eat, and means I save time not having to duck to the supermarket a few times a week. The portion sizes are very generous and often leave me with left overs for lunch the next day too. Being a single lady, it also makes cooking for one so much more economical and has helped me to cut down on kitchen waste. I’m loving branching out of my regular go-to meals and learning new cooking techniques and different cuisines too. MFB might not be perfect for everyone’s lifestyles, but it’s been the absolutely best thing for me.”

“We are a couple i our 60s and I was finding it frustrating finding heathly recipes to cook for just the two of us. When I saw a advertisement for My Food Bag, i had to have a look. Ever since I tried the first Gourmet Bag I have ordered every week sometimes getting Cook2 Heat2 for a change. I look forward each Sunday for a delivery and not worrying about what to cook. Great to being able to eat healthier nutritious meals. 😊”
