“Incredible way to eat a variety of different cuisines and ingredients that I wouldn’t normally eat. Helps eliminate the guessing game of what to eat for dinner too which is a bonus!”

“This has changed my life. We were very hesitant to start as we have two fussy children but the meals have all been wonderful and easy to adapt to meet all the tastes in our family. Cooking dinner has become an enjoyable experience and even the kids will help out.”

“I was not eating well during Lockdown. Working long days in the hospital. No time djerba cooking or lining up at supermarkets. Now I'm eating delicious easy to prepare vegan dishes. “We have been ordering the food bag now for over 2 months now-the recipes and prep instructions are easy and straight forward and keep me organised. Excellent fresh produce and meat. Surprising how much we have enjoyed reducing our protein portion by about a third, and enjoying grains and wheats we would not usually eat. My 85 year old mum lives with us and find the dinner for 2 is more than enough for the 3 of us. Keep up the great work Nadia”

“I was sceptical at first but after my first week, I was sold! My Food Bag has been nothing but a blessing! I don’t mind cooking now, recipes are very easy to follow and the food is ALWAYS amazing!!! The couple of small hick ups I’ve had were resolved promptly by the team. Would recommend 110%”

“So fresh and delicious! After TERRIBLE experiences with other food box delivery services I was skeptical but My Food Bag has been EXCEPTIONAL! Easy and healthy meals, I've tried (and loved) so many dishes that I never would have come across otherwise. I love seeing local and seasonal produce each week and am so excited to keep finding new favourites!”

“We are so loving the winter wellness my food bag. The recipes are quick , easy and yummy especially the salads and salmon dishes. We feel better for eating them . Prior to purchasing my food bags we had become very despondent about cooking and I was finding I was left to do the cooking and feeling uninspired and resentful so decided to trial MFB. So pleased we did it. We now take turns or share and get excited discovering what will be in the weeks box. There is usually enough for lunch the next day which means we are spending less on purchased lunches and eating better. It’s great having a slow cooker meal each week too. We are onto our third cycle of Winter Wellness so going to change next week to an new bag. Excited to try Fresh start looks like a fish dish each week yay. Thank you MFB for rescuing us from the monotony of our previous over it ,lack lustre and enthusiasm home cooking”

“I really enjoy cooking dinner now because I don't have to think about it before hand and which ever meal I choose I know I have everything I need. Most meals are excellent but there have been a few that haven't been to my taste. Nevertheless I would recommend My Food Bag to others.”

“I love getting my plant based bag. It is hard to find tasty meals that are varied and not boring. I compared a lot of other services and MFB came out on top on all of them - meal choices, packaging, price. It's great value for money and saves me searching for tasty and healthy recipes, and grocery shopping.”
