“Food quality is faultless and any anomalies are quickly dealt with by the team, so you can be sure of very good customer service. Meals are delicious and for a non- cook like me recipes are easy to follow if you take it step by step - I find I'm improving steadily. I'd love to have more fish...mmmm.. must call them about that!”

“My FreshStart Light food bag has been hugely beneficial to me. With commuting, I'm out of the house for 11 hours every workday, so being able to come home and not have to think about what to cook for dinner is great. The recipes are quick, easy, delicious and satisfying, and I'm eating far more veges than I used to. In the 12 weeks since I started getting My Food Bag, I've lost six kilos - even though those 12 weeks included Xmas! Although it's a little on the expensive side for one person, I would highly recommend Fresh Start for anyone looking to lose weight - the results and the convenience make it totally worth the money! On one occasion, one ingredient was missing from my delivery, but customer support responded quickly and credited my account, so I was very happy with that. All in all, I'm extremely happy with the product and service!”

“Great, tasty recipes every week! Even when the wrong order was sent to me, the service was amazing, a prompt reply to my email and a credit to my account with a smile. And turns out I was converted to the Food Bag that was sent in error! Loving the Ready in 20! Leaves me more time to spend with the kids, rather than busy trying to put dinner together.”

“I thought it was going to be expensive, but I'm actually saving money. I like that I don't have to think about what to cook, if I have everything I need and how long it's going to take. Historically I've been a boring cook with no idea how to do good flavours, and new ways to prepare food so I'm learning heaps”

“We love the ease of Fresh Start, and the variety of foods that we get. I’ve gone back to full time study this year and am still able to prepare a delicious meal in around 30 mins every night. Plus we’re eating so many more vegetables than before and have yet to find a meal we haven’t enjoyed!”

“Have had 6 meals so far and would give 4 of them 10/10 and the other 2 ratings 9/10. Love the fact that u text when the courier drops the food off. Love that you can put a "hold" on the order whenever you like. Love the simplicity of the recipes and the variety of the food. I'm an awful cook and the gourmet bag makes me feel like I'm a bloody awesome chef! Really impressed! Keep up the good work guys!”

“After a couple of months with a hectic work schedule and lots of eggs on toast or takeaways for dinner we decided to give MFB a go. It's not often something exceeds your expectation but we've been so impressed with the "Heat 2 Cook 2" option we've been using. My husband isn't much of a cook but now I get home to prepared or cooked dinners which is life changing! We've learned lots of new ideas for cooking, been able to recreate some of our favourite recipes, have lots of variety and try new things, and most importantly we know we are having a high quality, nutritious, healthy and delicious meals. So much for saying I'd only do it for a couple of weeks..... it's been months!!”

“I love the fact that 4 meals a week are taken care of with My Food Bag. I love the fact there is no wastage of food- If a recipe states you need one red onion , that is all you get. I also love the spices and sauces that come with the recipes and the easy to follow quick recipes.”
