I had a parcel delivered this morning left in garden in this condition this firm is unbelievable I don’t no why firm use them getting away with what they are doing this is not wright.

I'm in. Your email said you have delivered a parcel. No ring on the door. No card left and no safe place given. So where is it. (left in safe place) (8824698660636820) Totally unable to contact you. Now have to go back to the retailer to try to find out why you could not ring the bloody bell.

They delivered a parcel to me that required a signature, they have sent me picture of the signature as someone has signed for it, but no one at my house as we are all away. None of my neighbours signed for it as I've called and asked, they have check in my house/garden and bins to check if it's been left somewhere safe. I've tried to contact Hermes but the customer service is non existence, you can try a useless bit, call an automated line or send an email they won't respond too. Been trying for days to find out where they delivered my parcel too and who signed for it but they haven't got back to me.

NEVER SEND WITH HERMES. They broke one of my items, and lost the other. Didn't receive compensation for either. They have an extensive list of things that are not "covered", but they should just have a list saying "We cover clothing, but nothing else". Absolutely crooks.

Previous reviews say it all. It took 3 weeks and lot of headache to receive a parcel that was supposed to be 2-3 working days.

Shockingly bad service. Multiple deliveries not made to my place of work in Holmes Chapel. Driver has even lied, claiming that parcels have been delivered when 24 hour camera evidence shows that not to be the case. Our Security team here has contacted MyHermes to complain and provide evidence. MyHermes says the right things regarding correcting the driver's poor behavior, but she keeps failing to deliver and unfortunately making false claims regarding parcel deliveries. Because MyHermes has failed to resolve this ongoing issue, the only option we now have is to select suppliers who do NOT use MyHermes. Disappointing.

Hermes = appalling firm (it's not a UK firm - Ger man?). Didn't choose them but had no choice when I made an online purchase with Debenhams just before Christmas. Of course, parcel never arrived despite it being 'out for delivery' (for five days!). Can't contact these idi ots - all contact numbers are scams. On no account phone their 084 number - it's all automated responses and you get charged premium rates! There is no email or live chat (it's all automated - they are fooling you). Debenhams investigated for me. Apparently parcel was never received by driver (sto len presumably) despite all the tracking info on their web page claiming 'out for delivery'. Debenhams refunded my money (thank you!) but why do they use these cowboys? If you can avoid Hermes then you will be doing yourself a favour.

I paid next day delivery .. never arrived . The company I ordered the goods from sent two totally different responses. One said it had been delivered (which it hadn’t) and the other said it would be another 24 hours. Terrible service . What’s the point in paying for next day delivery ??!!

Hermes parcel, my parcel was sent 27th dec to an address in France and it hasn’t been delivered yet... when I track it, it says we have it, I can’t phone anyone to find out what’s going on, when I put in the delivery post code your system does not accept it. This is not the service I expect from your company, I would like to be contacted by someone ASAP please. I am not a happy customer!!!

Our local Hermes courier in our area hill of beath Fife UK didn't even bother delivering, lying saying we refused delivery when it was not even attempted the courier was saying a dispute didn't tell us what dispute ,we are disgusted with the service, returned our goods and never want to use them again.

Ridiculous service . Has happened to me twice . Will get a text saying the parcel will arrive between 6-8 pm and will keep waiting but then get a text saying we attempted delivery but you weren’t there . No card dropped through the door showing proof of attempted delivery . There is no way to contact the company and the live chat is just an automated stuff ! If any big companies trading reviews please don’t use Hermes !!

Horrible. There's absolutely no way of contacting them unless you have a tracking number which not everyone has. I tried the "live chat" but despite waiting over 10 mins for a real person, they were either just another bot or extremely rude.

WARNING. Very Very bad Service lost 5 off my parcel. They refused to pay some saying cannot claim for post able items. After 21 day still calling hermes for update on lost clams they are very busy as they lose 50% of Their parcels every day. I will not Recommend rubbish service to any One.

Awful company!..Avoid, constantly saying my parcel is out for delivery .Expected at a certain time twice, wait in. Yet delayed to another day........Shocking.
