Was due a delivery today that didn't show up. I even had the day off work to wait for it. I wasn't even contacted directly to inform me of any problems or delay

Despite being at home, courier made no attempt to deliver to me, instead left expensive pair of trainers on the front doorstep of my neighbours, who were out at the time!! Tracking information stated they had been delivered and signed for! Forged signature by the courier. Really appalling, the package could gave been stolen. No way of contacting hermes, they are just rubbish and time they sorted themselves out. I would never use them.

Delivery not not delivered to my household.. Notifications received by myself on more than one instance pertaining to one parcel stating it had been delivered. On the second instance post query of the first apparent delivery, I was sent a picture from Hermes of the recipients signature a tick and no name!?! Hermes stated they would contact the courier that was the first and last time the courier was mentioned! Maybe he or she has disappeared like my package. After the receiving and exchanging of even more emails. Hermes finally emailed stated the issue was resolved as they could not confirm the location of the package and that I should contact the company whom I bought the goods from! That is a cop out in my opinion Hermes have lost nothing the company is at a loss. So I have to hope that whoever this courier is does not get his hands on this package! As next time I may be the person out of pocket. I assure myself that won’t be the case for sure. Just spoke to few neighbours who have had the same issue regarding packages during December 2019 and January 2020. Regardless of whether my replacement package I am not satisfied with the way this has been managed by Hermes and will continue until receive a satisfactory response.

Ordered a book from Amazon, which was delivered by Hermes. The book was unfortunately in the wrong language so I sorted out a rtn delivery and went to a Hermes return point, got the return sticker and they sent it off. Only the Hermes delivery man decided send the book straight back to my address!! After contacting Amazon they decided it would be best to send it back via Royal Mail. Why Hermes thought that I would want my book back after putting a return sticker at a Hermes return delivery point is beyond me?? I would certainly avoid using them in future!!

Deducted £15 from my account in error. Chased on many occasions to be told "I will have it by the end of the week". Currently 6 weeks later and still waiting. Awful customer service.

Hello, I have a similar problem like many of you. The package has been sent, the recipient has reported that the package is empty !! case reported, but Hermes washes his hands saying there were no photos before sending ...?! I insured the package, I wonder how you dealt with the problem, because it seems that I lost money and the contents of the package. Regards

If I could give 0 stars I would. That seem to lose any parcels of value ???? Funny that eh !! I will not use any more. Used them for 3 parcels nearly two weeks ago, two have gone missing. Perhaps if they paid their staff properly they might stop stealing my parcels. Avoid like the plague if you are posting anything of value.....

Hermes is a total joke, the courier, which delivers to the Centre View Apartments, Croydon, CR0 1EX, is absolutely irresponsible, although she is paid for her work fully. Our Christmas parcel for children from Germany got lost as she ticked it as delivered but we never received it. Maybe she handled it to the wrong addressant or she left it on the top of the mail boxes in the general hallway, waht is normally does on the daily basis. I see Hermes parcels on the top of the post boxes every day. There are approx 75 flats in this property and there might be a few residents who can take others parcels?! We contacted to the customer services team but they failed to get in touch with her as she is not responding to their phone calls. You often can spot this courier, in the lift or the corridor, delivering 'Next' store orders and she deliverers them precisely door to door. Most likely the Next store doesn't pay her if she loses customers online orders. However, with Hermes, she can escape this situation. She is still paid, fully, even for not delivered orders. So, on the Christmas Eve after 6pm, she left our parcel somewhere and ticked it as delivered, without signature, without stating where she left it or to whom she left it. We all were at home, me, my mum and two kids. Noone rang to the main door and noone rang to our flat number. Also she MUST NOT TO LEAVE IT AS SIGNED AND ENTER ANY SURNAMES if she didn't handle it to that particular person and not tick it as signed (where is the signature????) Last week I saw again Hermes parcels on the top of the post boxes. We didn't ask Hermes compensation (because they said, it has to be done from Germany, but we want Hermes to take an action against such irresponsible work of the courier or change her to more responsible personal.

Ordered this for collection Thursday, for 10 large parcels. They sent a small hatchback. Got it rebooked for Friday, they didn't turn up. Still waiting now. No ability to let you know when they are coming, or even make picking yours up a priority, no matter how many days of your time they've wasted. The service teams are powerless and not even able to call the depot - you'll just be given copy and paste messages if you ask for help.

I handed in a parcel at a Hermes delivery point, but it was never delivered. I tried contacting them by the chat line, but heard no more about my parcel. It is impossible to contact them by phone or email and they ignore the chat line. I will NEVER use them again. They are absolutely useless and seem to care even less.

Paid for next day signed delivery....8 days later the same parcel was returned to my home address! I explained to the courier this was destined for London to which he took back and advised me he would pass it to the relevant dept to resolve and deliver. 3 weeks on and multiple emails to Hermes they have now replied saying the parcel has been lost!.....how do you lose a parcel that is meant to be tracked/scanned? I am now about to start a claim for the missing parcel and contents, given my already dire experience with this company I won't be holding my breath regarding compensation. I will never use this company again given the fact they offer no over the phone support and the live chat I waited over 35 minutes to chat with someone. Royal Mail maybe slightly more expensive yet at least you know it will arrive....I guess you get what you pay for!

Do not use My Hermes! I received an email as confirmation of delivery at 18:03, no door bell rang. I was the only person in the house at the time. The signature of the delivery (consisting of 2 letters v, one upside dawn) was forged. It was not possible to speak to My Hermes on the phone, all emails bounced back. Avoid at all costs!

My tracked parcel showed as delivered and signed for, but the recipient had neither received nor recognised her signature. In trying to find out what happened I tried to contact Hermes to talk to their 'friendly customer service team'. They are only a recorded message!! A live chat facility disappeared during the day I was doing this. You can only send an email by masquerading as a new business customer. Needless to say, no response. As I was preparing to go the Trading Standards/Small Claims route the parcel turned up! The recipient asked if she should sign for it, the courier said 'You already have luv' So the couriers forge signatures as a matter of course, and their customer service doesn’t exist. Be warned, never again! One star is misleadingly generous.

I sent a parcel to Scotland on December 2nd. It never arrived. I have been called a liar and a cheat by my customer because if this company's incompetence. Finally reached a conclusion today 38 days later. Refunded 16.42. cost 20.00. you tell me the logic. Another customer saw his parcel being delivered by having it thrown over his garden fence. I will join the boycott and spread the word. Do not use this service. If you do you will only have yourself to blame. I too will no longer purchase from suppliers who use Hermes.

Terrible! Wiggle have started using them, and my order hasn't even been attempted to be delivered, whereas they say they've tried. Changed plans to be in etc, even asked them to leave it on the doorstep. Nothing. They used to be bad and clearly have gotten worse. I will not be using any vendor who uses them for delivery.

First parcel was not received. Hermes reported it was delivered and signed for..... it wasn’t. Replacement parcel left on the doorstep. I was in this time. Again Hermes say it was signed for. It was not. What the hell is going on with this company. Really poor service!!!

Once parcel was reported as damaged and was never delivered. Then the courier stated they had delivered it. Then they hadn’t. And then I should just contact the sender and sort it with them. No resolution as to what happened with my original parcel. Next the courier had ‘an issue getting to the delivery address’ whatever that means. There are no issues other than presumably they just didn’t feel the urge to deliver my parcel. I would never choose to send a parcel with Hermes and I am always very disappointed when I see a company I choose to use has them as their delivery service. Do NOT recommend.
