Order from Amazon.com has been "out for delivery" every day for over a week, but no attempt made to deliver either to my address, where I have been for most of that time, or the alternative I supplied. There appears to be no way to contact Hermes either by email or phone, no way to complain or obtain further information on the website, and no way to add any instructions if for some reason the courier can't find either of the addresses I gave. Amazon tracking shows NINE instances of "Customer has rescheduled the delivery of the shipment with the carrier. Package will now be delivered on the agreed date." That is a blatant lie repeatedly given to Amazon by Hermes. I have never requested or agreed to any change.

Please, Amazon stop using Hermes. I have tried to return something to Amazon but it has to go through Hermes. First I tried by dropping it off at a store.... Went to a couple of stores who refused to take it. If there is a limit to what they can take then make it clear! So then I tried to get them to pick it up... They claim to have come 3 times but people have been. To top it off, I think it's impossible to speak to a human being.. Online chat... A robot, Call by phone, robot answering. Really really annoyed

Please could companies not use this courier service. I will be asking companies if they use this service, and if they do I will not purchase from them. I had a failed delivery because the driver could not find my house. I now have been told I have to contact America where I purchased the goods, for them to get in touch with myhermes to tell them where I am situated. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. Companies that I purchase from will no longer get my custom if they use myhermes.

Absolutely useless service. It's fine provided you're in to collect it, but if you miss a parcel you have no chance. Our delivery was left in a bin, but my partner was in hospital and the bins were collected in our absence. There is absolutely no way to speak to anyone or resolve the problem. If you don't get your parcel you have no chance of any resolution, no chance to speak to anyone, you simply have to write it off. Do not use at all if you actually want to have any kind of customer service whatsoever.

Absolute shambles of a company! Ordered 5 separate orders from Amazon and they used Hermes for delivery. I pay for Amazon Prime and delivery takes 5 days! Contacted Amazon who say it has been Hermes fault. I have never received one of my orders and Amazon have had to refund. I received one today but still waiting for others. I hope Amazon stop using this incompetent company.

Worst parcel service ever have given my parcel to god knows who without asking for id or anything. Was for my boyfriends bday so I am now having to run about mad and buy him stuff with 2 days to spare what a joke never again!!!!

I camouflage give 0 review if I can, I was having the impression it is a good courier delivery but apparently is not, I cannot understand why I had in my door “ Sorry I miss you” flier the. Checking online with the 8 number code and to see o line that the parcel was attempted to deliver at that time and after 10 minutes the parcel was successfully delivered and sigh for it, is crazy I think who can understand this and I got nothing in my hands just a paper that Sorry we’ve miss you, I try to call costumer cate to find out what was really happening with my parcel, and surprise no much of information, no direct contact with an agent, and all my research send me you have to contact the seller that send me the parcel, and in the system looks like I sign for it so I have it, why to go all this nuts for a parcel when are so many other companies to use. Definitely not using again

Awful. Two botched deliveries to me in the last month. The first from The White Company arrived after 21 days and over 20 false messages from Hermes about delivery times. It eventually arrived after TWC had sent another by a different courier. I am awaiting a different delivery now after two false delivery time e mails yesterday and no delivery, plus nothing to say it wasn't coming at all. Also gratuitous messages about their friendly staff caring for me. I suggest that you don't risk using this company.

Over the Christmas period I had 4 parcels go missing. After 2 weeks of delay to arrived at their locations. One was damaged! The only way I could contact MyHermes was through a company called Resolve. I complained about the 4 parcels. MyHermes admitted 2 were missing and could I email direct to discuss the problem. No email address was given. Checked online and not one email address, phone number exists for the MyHermes. It's impossible to contact them!!! I have had to refunded my customers. Unbelievable in this day and age a large company acts in this way

2 orders in 2 weeks. Neither arrived. Scammers I think local MPs should get involved, so many people affected by this company.

On 08/12/19 I sold an item on ebay and dropped it at my local Hermes store. They provided a receipt and tracking number. After 5 days the item was not delivered and I started the tracking process. Eventually, Hermes admitted the package was lost but did not admit it had more than likely been stolen by one of their drivers. I submitted an online claim form which asked for the details of the Ebay sale which clearly showed £140.73 was the value of the transaction. After weeks of waiting I'm now told I'm only entitled to £23.65 as I did not take the additional cover. This is totally unacceptable especially as they requested all the Ebay details and are fully aware that I will be out of pocket by almost £120. I will cosmopolitan about this at the highest level and broadcast it across all social media platforms. Disgusting.

Absolute worst company... Signed on my behalf for a parcel that was for a different address and then sent photo proof to the actual owner, who then thought I had stolen their parcel. Turned up in a normal car, no uniform with the parcel again that evening ..after signing for the parcel themselves and saying it had already been delivered??(really dodgy) turned them away. Another incident where they have left a card with 1st attempt on it but no way of contacting them as I haven't even ordered anything... Why are they even still in business. They are obviously scammers who don't give a $&_$@_@!! AVOID

Worse UK Hermes, we send the Parcel form UK to Germany and paid extra insurance (140euro) service charges! Delivery before that date we accepted, but the Parcel never left UK.,We and the buyer just wondering, hoping that it will arrive someday, which never did! After over 4 Weeks the Hermes guy bell our door and gave the Parcel back - GREAT. The Worse thing, there is NONE Service, no one to call or to complain either online, NO eMail or any Contact Data to get in touch !! We lost nealy £ 20, but Hermes earned £ 20, that how they make business here in UK!

Ordered my item on the 17th December, item checked into a depot in Scotland on the 18th of December. the item hasn't moved since according to their tracker system It is now the 9th of January (nearly 3 weeks) The parcel is still in the same depot. What an absolute shower. My heart misses a beat when I find that Hermes is involved. Take a tip from me and use DPD. They are a far superior firm

Just waited from 3.00pm-5.00pm as advised by Hermes but not turned up. This is the second time this has happened in 6 weeks. Where on earth are they getting their drivers from??!!

Atrocious customer service...'Lost' parcel which was with courier at delivery end that was correctly labelled inside and out! Over a month now and still no compensation. Tracked is a joke! Now they are trying to scam me for an excess weight charge on another parcel weighing 400grams that they claim weighs 1.4 kg.!!! Absolute joke. Avoid at all costs!

On Wednesday 8th January,Hermes told me that my parcel has been delivered and signed for.... Wrong... I was in home at that time and no parcel had been delivered, I’d like to know where they left it, and there was no way of me getting in touch with them, This needs investigating urgently, I will never use this firm again,

Delivery drivers thieves parcels and do Fake signature and send you a email to confirm that they delivery it at your address when you at home and nobody knock or ring door bell.
