I wouldn’t recommend Hermes. They failed to deliver my items saying “ restricted access” but I receive daily mail from Royal Mail/ Amazon etc. A week later, and I still do no have my items. They failed to contact me. Disgusting

Text arrived stating parcel been delivered but I was unable to find it.... upon examining photographic evidence my parcel had been left approx a mile away, on the side of the road, under a tree near the gate way to a house. When I made representation via the sender Hermes confirmed it had definitely been made to my home address. I was asked to make a statement. They are a shambles

So bad! They always send emails saying 'you wern't home' when you are sitting in your living room! It's about the 4th time this has happened to me this year and I relaly am fed up

Very disappointed . My client supposed to receive parcel last week with next day delivery and they lost the parcel . I have called them and after waiting for 30 minutes on the phone , the lady who answered she wasn't even speaking to me I had to ask few times if she still there . They send me an email to access the link for lost claim form and I can't access it , its saying the page is unavailable, and after telling her that I can't access the link is there any other way I can do she is telling me no it isn't not even bother asking someone else who might know . Never again with hermes .

Just so slow. I would have been better strapping the parcel to a pigeon or giving it to Phillias Fog. It would have got there faster. Never again.

Lost one parcel didn't pick up another email them and they don't respond used them for six years on a regular basis it seems once they taken your money you can go f--- yourself

Absolutely rubbish delivery service lately. What is going on MyHermes? Lately, their deliveries have been a nightmare to me and my customers. One parcel I sent to a customer and two weeks later was returned back to me with no explanation and missing items. Two parcels I posted and there have been no updates on their tracking system. To be honest, MyHermes deserves a 0 star rather than 1.

Paid for courier collection on Monday, supposed to be picked up Wednesday ...no show. Emailed them late wed night and early Thursday because there is no possible contact by phone with them without either transit ref or collection ticket. Still no reply early hours of Friday morning. Really glad I took it to a drop off late today . It’s going to be late getting there since probably will not be collected until Friday.

Absolutely appalling service bunch of cowboys running this company, they say they have delivered a parcel knowing full well they haven't, why ever next plc use this company is beyond me they are the worst ever don't trust them one bit this is the second time they have said I have had a parcel delivered and its not arrived why why why is my question???? and you can never speak to a human its all email enquiries I wonder why customer service at its worst

Paid £12.00 to get parcel uplifted 4 days later than they said they would come they have not turned up and not replied to any correspondence. They are the worst Carrier out and would never go with them again.

Absolutely appalling company! Say they have tried to deliver when this is categorically untrue. No card to prove they had been at door - I wonder why?! Almost worse, they have contrived to make it nigh impossible to speak to anyone. The automated system just repeats the email lie that they have tried to deliver. Avoid this bunch of cowboys at all costs!

9 out of 10 times get the email saying delivery will be attempted between these times and when the time passes get another email saying they had to reschedule the delivery next day this company is a joke

Avoid at all costs sent parcel on the 12th containing jewellery, it stayed on tracking at the same local depot for days I sent an email because no humans work for them only auto messages,so parcel has apparently now moved back to national depot why I don't know ,cant get any money back as no one knows where it is they also emailed me to say they ASSUME its lost ,appalling customer service last time I checked tracking it was back at national hub to be processed so no idea where its been for 10 days and no idea if it will ever get to the buyer thanks Hermes rubbish service no customer care at all never,never use if you want your parcel delivered it probably won't get there .....

Absolute joke of a company. ordered three items of Ebay on three separate occasions and every time they say the driver attempted delivery when he didn't.

I dont understand how this company continues with there service, absolutely disgusting the way they treat customers and peoples items. Should be ashamed of yourself, no contact number to track a person evan though I've missed giving my nephew his birthday present and the item has been at the depo for 4 days. What an absolute disgrace, no wonder you cant contact them directly because there thief's and they cant deal with direct confrontation

Horrendous company no humans to speak to ,parcel was sent on 12th Nov still not arrived with buyer it has been at local depot for days then back to the sorting and who knows where it's still not been delivered they emailed me to say they assume its lost but still showing on tracking as it is not back at national sorting hub ,still don't know if its lost or not according to tracking its being processed they don't care if you have a choice do not use Hermes nightmare

If you dont mind your item getting broken then you'll be very happy with Hermes. Don't forget to pay the extra insurance cover as it's a little scam they have going, if you do make a claim you won't receive any compensation.

In my experience Hermes drivers frequently say they have attempted to deliver when they haven't. Why any company still use them is beyond me. Useless and unreiable.
