If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst delivery company EVER!!!! They lose the parcels, always lie that they tried to to deliver but no one was home and they are ALWAYS late. And no customer service at all. How is this possible??? Why isn’t anyone doing anything to fix those issues and how are they allowed to not have any customer service available? This company should dissapear

Paid for collection via phone, to collect on 29-Oct-2020. I've stayed at home (specifically) all day, nobody came. They came next day when we already used alternative courier. Spoke to the driver, he said it's okay to cancel and we will get a refund. No refund came through. Eventually managed to open a ticket online, after couple of days automatic message came saying: 'Thank you for getting in touch with your parcel enquiry which is being looked into by Rachel at your local depot, as this is the Customer Services Team in the best place to help resolve your enquiry.' Yeah, right... There was no answer until now. When I checked it - says Solved. I mean really? No refund, no e-mail, nothing, and yet it's solved? Well, eat those £10. Will never use Hermes again and I will make sure my family, relatives and friends are also aware. Thank you.

Parcel took ages to arrive and turned up smashed into a million pieces. Customer service seems to be a bot that just tells me to take it up with the retailer. Devastated and disgusted.

Received a message saying Hermes had delivered my parcel at 21.22. This parcel has not been delivered to my house. I have tried getting in touch on line, by phone and email but nobody is replying to my question of where my parcel is. Disgusting way to treat customers.

My partner has had two packages 'delivered' by Hermes this week. The first did not arrive (but was marked as delivered) the second arrived in a battered box that appeared as if someone had opened it and routed through the contents, some of which was missing. This is not the first issue that I have had with this company and the sooner people stop using them the better. Terrible company, avoid at all costs.

Received an email saying my parcel had been delivered, photograph of parcel attached but not at my property. Found it impossible to contact Hermes so had to walk around the neighbouring properties to identify the site where left. Eventually found it in the communal entrance of a retirement complex. Absolutely useless service yet again from Hermes!

Hermes is absolutely disgraceful. The driver I could see him from my flat on 2nd floor didn't even bother to come to the building gate and updated me that the driver missed my delivery coz I was not at home, like WTF?!!! what is wrong with this delivery company?!!!

Hermes is a complete and utter waste of time. You have “conveniently “ “LOST” my parcel that was in a clearly marked JD box. Someone is benefiting with my Xmas present. I can’t even speak to a human. I will NEVER buy anything from a retailer that uses HERMES. THEY ARE RUBBISH. WHY WHY WHY do companies use then is beyond me. I’m sure if they were responsible for the refunds on “lost/stolen” goods that all of a sudden the parcels would get delivered.

as soon as I saw myhermes were delivering the parcel I knew it would be badly delivered. And it was. I live at the top floor of a block of flats, but I was at a friend's house on the day of delivery so from the very limited delivery options i said to leave it outside my door. The plan was to drive straight home to get it when it was marked as delivered. Got there an hour after delivery to find it was not at my door. It was left on the first step of the staircase. Basically the ground floor. Tried to complain on the website, but no way to complain. Plan useless this company.

My precious parcel is missing (my father's gramophone). It should have been delivered 6 days ago. Hermes status is always the same. Impossible to contact them, by chat you talk with a robot...by phone you talk with another robot. Hermes...where is my parcel?? (can you hear the echo?) UPDATE: HERMES REPLY "I am sorry to hear that you have not received your parcel. After raising an investigation it has been found that the parcel was last scanned in depot on 23/11/2020. As no movement has been made since and after a sweep of the depot we would declare this as lost in the network. Please follow our claims procedure. I understand this could be upsetting and I would just like to apologise once again for the inconvenience it has caused. Apologies for the inconvenience caused. If we can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us." THIS IS A SHAME, that's it. "LOST IN THE NETWORK"?? We send important things to us, you know? If you lost them them try another business!!! I will talk terrible things about HERMES. Shame on you, shame on you customer treatment, shame on you customer support...we are not rubbish like you are. We are persons the only rubbish here is Hermes. Now I have to figure it out how the damn claim procedure is, as you can see they no provide a single clue about it.

Rubbish. Delivery date was 27th November as quoted by the sender curry's . Its the 29th and nothing . Sorry curry's but you have lost another customer by using these clowns

Ordered from curry's, was supposed to be delivered by these clowns on 27th November its now 29th and nothing . I won't be shopping at curry's again , they must know these clowns are costing them customers. Really poor service hermes. I won't shop anywhere that use you to deliver parcels for them

Appalling company. Recently purchased some ceramics....which appeared to be well packed by the sender but, nevertheless arrived smashed. They must have read the 'Handle with Care' labels & purposely mishandled it! The company has a big list of items they don't insure against (there isn't much they DO cover!) So, this is a total loss of a beautiful item. WARNING!! DO NOT MAIL ANYTHING VIA THIS COMPANY!!!!

My partner order two parcels both deliver's by Hermes, both parcels were noted as "Delivered" there was no card and we've asked all of our neighbours and no one received either parcel. The pictures provided was a close up on the box.

Waited for my parcel to be delivered on 28th Nov 2020 between 18:00 - 20:00. In all day and eve, received a message 20:23 attempted delivery unable to leave in a safe place. Lies, Lies, Lies, have security cameras confronted the delivery guy the next day when it was finally delivered. Ok, I understand busy time of the year but please don’t lie. The delivery guy states that there are they are unable to delivery after 20:00 and there was no option on his system to state they were running late. Come on Hermes get your act together or loose business. I now considering companies that use Hermes before placing orders. By the way this is not the first time!

In lockdown so I had no where to go. Was sent email parcel to be delivered between 6 and 8 pm. Watching TV then received email at 7 pm saying you were out we tried to deliver!!!!! LIARS . I even checked neighbours CCTV just to check, no one to be seen!!! It's now going to be delivered another day WATCH THIS SPACE

Placed on order and paid for next day delivery from Worcester to Darwen in Lancs. Parcel collected by Hermes on Monday therefore should have been delivered on Tuesday. Didn't arrive until Friday at 19:06. Hermes made no apology or indeed any attempt to contact me about this extremely poor performance.

Had an order from Debenhams with next day delivery paid - didn't arrive. Complained to Hermes who said that someone called Alex from my local depot would investigate and get in touch - didn't happen. They didn't investigate, they didn't make any contact, they clearly don't give a damn.
