“Don’t feel like the driver cares whether the item is delivered or not”

“AVOID. Constantly “lose” parcels. Which then end up at local auction houses. Worst delivery company ever. Full of thieves.”

“Absolutely appalling company. Three attempts to deliver, I’ve been in every time. Our bell shows a missed call if there has been one. Non on any occasion they have tried to deliver. It’s not been sent back to sender. To make matters worst you cannot get hold of Hermes. Rubbish company and will not use”

“Just watched a delivery driver pull up outside of my house, look in her boot, update my parcel to say nobody was there to collect (I got the email notification), then as I ran to the door and opened it, she drove off! I have been waiting in all day for the delivery... I'M SO ANNOYED!”

“Said they tried to deliver and no one was there to collect. A complete LIE... I will not use companies that hire Hermes for delivery anymore, sadly it's costing good sellers to loose business. DO NOT USE!!!”

“Absolute worst delivery courier there is. Leave parcels on your door step for people to steal. Delayed many parcels. No consideration bunch of lazy people working for them it’s a joke.”

“If I could give a rating of zero or below I would. They have no respect for peoples' parcels especially during this current climate. My parcel was dumped outside my house in full view. Tried to complain but impossible as unable to speak with a human being.”

“Sat and waited outside in my car for the delivery person to arrive, to ensure I don't miss it. No one came and then I get an update that there was an issue getting to the delivery address. The worst delivery company ever.”

“Never normally have a problem with deliveries but last night had an email saying my parcel had been delivered at 21.38 and left in my porch erm I don't have a porch plus I was sitting in the front room with blinds open I also have a camera which I went back on and nobody had come to my door absolutely appalled cannot get through to hermes they also normally take a photo of where they have left it but no photo”

“Email stated that they would deliver between 12 and 2pm today. Parcel didn’t arrive. Was in all day waiting and then got an email to say they’d tried to deliver at 4.15 but no one was in. This is not the first time this has happened either. Hermes are the worst delivery company. Very unreliable.”

“They are lucky I have given them one star!!!!!!!!!!!!! My Hermes parcel should have been delivered between 1.00am - 3.00pm today it is now 5.30 and still no sign of my parcel. I have had trouble with deliveries before. Absolute waste of space.”
