Twice in two months ive waited for a delivery to my place of work...they claim to have tried 3 times to deliver..saying they had a problem getting access..bull...!!..we're open 7am till after 5.30 pm 5 days a week..these con artists just can't be arsed!..They use people who im sure just look at parcels as a form of getting free trainers or clothes or goods of any description..anyhow..my item got sent back to seller i got a refund..then 6wk after the initial posting it turned up!..I then had to resend the fee ..incompetence is not strong enough a word...now they've done it again...was purchased 29may...they've said they've tried 3 times..and...well ..you can guess ..utterly f...ing useless..DO NOT USE THIS COURIER.

Can I talk to someone??? It's now more then a week they took my parsel, and I still don't see nothing besides that my parcel was taken by hermes, and guess what, it was a next day delivery.... it's probably the last time I'm using them!!!!

I never leave a review, but I really felt cheated by this company. I paid for a parcel to be collected from my house to abroad and when the delivery man came he refuse to take it saying is too big( a package which was brought by one single man). So no pakeha collected, no where to contact, online assistant is useless.... PLEASE IF SOMEONE CAN PROVIDE A NUMBER TO CONTACT THEM IT WILL BE GREAT. DON’T use this company

This company is an absolute joke. There is always a problem. They cancel deliveries, deliver late and damage most parcels. I’m trying to avoid companies that make use of Hermes.

Staff should be taught to deliver a parcel be courteous and leave, instead of being inappropriate and making customers feel uncomfortable in their own home...

Unable to send parcel because there is a issue at all parcel shops. No customers service team available. They steal your money and run. Do not use.

Absolutely fed up of their awful service. I ordered next day delivery for hermes to mess up. I have had enough to the point I am no longer purchasing through retailers that use hermes as their courier.

**DO NOT USE** I will start by saying I’m not someone who usually leaves a review unless it’s really bad. I’ve used Hermes in the past and never had a problem but the last 2 months have been extremely bad ! First problem was when I sent an Amazon return parcel back and still to this date it says “ your parcel is with us and we’re processing it “ this was posted out about 2 months ago. Second problem I sent out a parcel to be delivered on the 21st of May with a two day delivery (expected longer coming up to bank holiday) Anyway by the 27th it still hasn’t been delivered and it still said “ we have collected your parcel from the parcel shop” . So no live chat available I had to call and eventually got through to someone who said someone will email me and give them 24hours to chase up where my parcel is. Fair enough I had an email the next day saying they was sorry about the poor service and they have updated the tracking and YOU WILL RECEIVE COMPENSATION FOR YOUR TROUBLE. So after another 3-4 days and 2 delivery attempts my parcel finally got delivered to the buyers address. So just shy of 2 weeks it took them to deliver. Best part of it all is how it’s delivered and I was told to contact them to receive my compensation my emails are now being ignored and nobody is responding to me lol. To top it off I was expecting a parcel from them two days ago from a seller on eBay which is still stuck on “ we have your parcel and we’re processing it” so that looks like that won’t be coming anytime soon either. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

I place this order on 29/05 and after 2 days they send me a notification abouty order that was in the way. On 06 /06 in their system the parcel was delivered but I didn't receive any package. Bad service and also they not have a service customers.I need to waiting a week for asking a refund by Amazon. (was an expensive item) amount around 100gpb

Incompetence throughout the company Tracking claims they attempted to deliver my parcel three days in a row but were unable to, so parcel is being returned to sender. Absolutely laughable since I have been at home on each day and there was no attempt to deliver the parcel whatsoever. I cannot emphasise clearly enough how bad the customer service for Hermes is. The phone number does not let you speak to a human being, nor does the live chatbots on the website. They no longer have a customer service email address, and even their Twitter account does not allow DMs. So any review on here that says they experienced good customer service is fake. I've taken dozens of deliveries throughout the current pandemic from more reliable and capable couriers with no problems whatsoever so I have no idea how or why Hermes are happy to display not only this level of incompetence but a level of customer service that shows nothing but distain for the people paying for their services. I look forward to no one from Hermes reading this and to be continually ignored.

Impossible to speak to. Tracking absolutely awful. Product not tracked for 4 days. I have never had a product delivered on time. How they are still in business is unbelievable.

Recently Hermes lost our parcel in their depot and didn't tell us for 2 weeks. After we discovered the problem, we waited 14 working days for a response to the refund request with no repsonse. After trying to contact them many times they eventually got back to say they would not refund us as the parcel had no cover, even though we did have the free £20 cover. It's been a difficult experience and not an easy one, we are looking to move parcel service asap. Cheap and easy, until you have a problem. Before this the service was generally fine, but our parcels have never contained anything particularly breakable.

The worst delivery company I ever came across! 2nd time I am using their service and it has bene 1 worst than another. Trying to call them is a pain, 40 minutes in the waiting que and still no one to answer. My parcel received at the local depot 5 days ago yet not received at home even though the depot is less than 1 mile away. Its a joke haulage company, surprised they are still in the market.

Terrible company, worhtless customer service. I had to repay every single stop to get the package delivered once. Then when it was due to be delivered the driver deemed the personal address should be closed in there opintion, so they refused to even attempt delivery and right after that it went missing and not covered by them in any form. It took 9 weeks via there support, since they responsed once every 7 days to just close the support request and tell me to use the tracking which they turned off on my account the day they refused to deliver. After 9 weeks i was told to make a claim, which i had to wait 48 business days on a response which was claim closed as not enough evidence.

This company is a joke. They failed to collect my parcel (which is a return item) since last week. Because of them I am risking not to get a refund. Seven days later they've just informed me that I need to cancel the current booking as it has expired and get a new one. However, I am even unable to get my money back from them, let alone a refund from Loel & Co for the item which I was supposed to send back within seven days.

Diabolical customer service - They left it on a bin down the road in the rain I would like to give 0 stars biut that's not an option. Hermes left my postal tube containing a poster on a bin down the main road of my customers address. It was there for 2 days in the rain before the nice Royal Mail postman told my customer about it. Customer then went to retrieve it and of course it was ruined. They didn't say sorry and now say I can't claim the compensation becaus eposters are on the prohibited list? Beware as when you download the prohibited list EVERYTHING is on the prohibited list. Thus preventing them from ever honouring a claim. Worst company ever, thieves! They also have lost another of my [packages and have claimed the same. It's best just to use Royal mail and isnt even much more expsnsive. AVOID HERMES AT ALL COSTS
