“Worst company I have ever come across. Failed to even deliver my son's birthday present even though they said they had it. If you don't want you parcel to go missing with no explanation or apology then I advise you to stay well clear of this company, as they take no responsibility for items they lose whatsoever.”

“They have lost my delivery somewhere in their system after waiting since 26th November.I had ordered a watch from Idealworld and i have just had news they lost it and there isnt anymore in stock! How can you lose mail when you have track and trace? I told them dont use Hermes as they are terrible!”

“Hermes are the worst delivery company. Their tracker says my parcel will be delivered on Thursday between 1 and 3. I have been in the house all the time and it’s now Saturday. Still no parcel. You cannot speak to a human being when you ring their so called customer service number. Don’t trust Hermes and am not going to order anything from any company who uses Hermes.”

“Horrible horrible experience no delivery for over 10 days now with not a single person to talk to other that the automated bot Holly which is of no help, the phone line is just as atrocious. If you order with Hermes know that if anything goes wrong there is nobody to talk to NOT A SINGLE PERSON! I am still waiting for my delivery which was last update 10 days ago i mean it’s pretty shocking isn’t it.”

“If only it were possible to leave a minus review, I would. Nearly three weeks after the eBay seller sent my item off with this mob, I'm still waiting to receive anything. Tried to speak to a human on their so-called customer service number, and had to endure the delights of their 'help bot'. Suffice it to say that's an hour of my life that I won't get back. Still waiting for their 'response within two days', yet the status on the ebay listing has inexplicably been changed to 'issue resolved??!! Oh no, it #^#&! well has not!! I really hope that these reviews are read by the company. Shambolic, completely non-user friendly, and utterly useless.”

“Total liars. Keep telling us they have tried to delivery three times. We have cctv and NO one has been near. Its impossible to get to speak to a human so cannot sort it out. Now they want to know about access but how do we do that ??? They said they tried delivery at 10am this morning but could not gain access yes youve guessed checked cctv nobody even tried plus we were up and about.”

“Useless and absolute LIARS!!! Ordered from Amazon and they used these couriers to deliver item. Checked tracking and it said they attempted delivery but no attempt was made! I know as i was in the house the whole day! It was supposed to be a next day delivery being a Prime member.. as i write this review Hermes has not yet delivered my parcel!! God knows when!! i have always dreaded whenever i see Hermes as the courier as I know that it will be a hit and miss delivery experience!!”

“Loads ends up ' At Depot ' then simply never leave, it must be run so badly where people just throw around and abuse parcels. Its a lottery, youd be insane sending anything of value via hermes UK.”

“Useless. Will deliver in a certain time period. Never did. 24 hours later still not delivered despite the app telling me it is on its way. 5th time in last 6 deliveries from them as we are obviously at the end of the round. I have now stopped ordering from suppliers that use Hermes.”

“If I could give a 0 star I would. Absolutely shocking service. Their driver apparently delivered my parcel at 10.00pm at night took a photo as proof of delivery but this was blank and you guessed it I have no parcel. It was ridiculously hard to find a contact to investigate the missing parcel and when I finally got a response they basically told me it had been delivered but the driver had problems with his equipment and couldn’t prove it. So jog on and try and claim with the company I bought the items from. My guess is the scum bag driver stole it or at best left it on my door step late at night for a passing theft to nab it. I will check now when buying on line if the delivery service is provided by these rob dogs and if it is I won’t be buying.”

“Just had a parcel delivered and wondered why the driver was moving away quickly from the parcel like it had a live cobra on it, then I picked up the box and realised immediately why he was running away quicker that Usain Bolt, the box looked like it had been delivered by Ace Ventura and out of 10 items that should have been in the box there were only 4 were left. I have pics.”

“Baffles me how you're even still up and running at all, every single time I have an order coming from you it's never on time and it's battered to hell and back. Service is absolutely disgusting. Had an order for next day delivery due the other day and not only did you not get it to me that day, it was late the next ffs”

“My parcel booked on Parcel2go website and sent through Hermes, was open, the content stolen, then re-sealed and delivered. I complained to Parcel2go and Hermes. Hermes blamed the receptionist at the delivery address. The receptionist and the recipient blamed Hermes. The matter of fact is that I was deprived of an item worth £47.50, Hermes referred me to their business associates, the recipient and the receptionist washed their hands off it. So I searched online: "Hermes stolen content" and found that by pure coincidence, many people are in my same situation. I trust that the poor guys at Hermes are the victims of a conspiracy by customers. Parcel2go sided with Hermes and washed their hand off this criminal act. I reported the matter to the Metropolitan Constabulary and so should you if your parcel is stolen. Anyhow, post office is only 30p more for a parcel, so I will use them from now on to avoid being part of the conspiracy. In any case, poor response from Parcel2go and Hermes.”

“Hermes must be the worst courier company in the UK. Even though I was in all morning Hermes couldn't be bothered to ring or knock and instead left my package on the front doorstep in pouring rain in view of the road. I suppose I should be grateful it arrived because the two weeks ago according to Hermes they left my item in an outhouse (I was in all day) and then claimed it was passed to the customer and signed for by a Vanessa Keay. I live in a hamlet of six houses and no-one by that name has ever lived in this area! Hermes continues to lie to cover their incompetence. Please sellers, don't use Hermes - they have no respect for the customers or the items entrusted to them.”

“I will never use a merchant who uses Hermes again. Whilst on my emails I received a pictures of my parcel delivered. I opened the front door no delivery man no parcel. The picture was of the address only. I have tried to contact them through Holly they do not rely ply you cannot get through on the phone with your tracking number. I would have given them no stars if I could”

“Yet AGAIN a very poor service when it comes to actual delivery. I ammended my delivery details as per their email to a neighbours house across the street. Obviously in true Hermes style, they fail that simiplest of task and instead leave my parcel in the pouring down rain in full public view on the street footpath. And then try to tell me it was signed for by my neighbour. At least they are consistent I suppose.”

“I was informed via text that my package (order 52449 (CC452449)) was to be delivered by Hermes sometime today. As I am working from home, I figured this would be simple. However, I did receive a text message saying my delivery had been confirmed with a signature. My flat had not been rung, my mobile had not been called in any manner. My package was not outside my door. Instead, the Hermes delivery driver decided to leave my package in an outdoor car park that is completely open to the public and in the rain. I was lucky enough to have been able to collect my package by running down the stairs before it could be stolen. To say I am angry is an understatement. I will never order from any merchant that will use Hermes as their delivery service.”
