My daughter uses this company to post her slime. So far they have lost 3 of her parcels. Contacting them to trace missing items is extremely difficult. This company is very damaging for your business. At the start of covid a very expensive package of clothing went missing with this company too. AVOID. Are they losing or are staff stealing....

I’ve sent two parcels one never got there as left drop off shop but did not make it to depot (someone took a fancy to it ?) second they took two payments to deliver one parcel job trying to contact them when you do they say they will sort it but it’s just words managed to get some money back through insurance but minus postage and packages cost don’t use them the sooner they go bust the better stick to post office services more expensive but at least they get there RJW

Never received three different parcels, and was told its been delivered or will be delivered or driver attempted to deliver when the driver didn't, will stop using companies that use Hermes, and write to them to change their courier, this company has theives from working for them

Didn't collect a parcel (twice) when I paid extra for parcel collection. In the end I had to take it to a far away drop off point. Raising this with customer services has been an ordeal and they try to ignore you through their automated system. Issue is ongoing for over a month. Staff are rude at drop off points.

Avoid Avoid! They would steal your belongings! The worst experience ever! I have send a parcel to an EBay customer. The item was smart watch (shock proof) in an original box. When I track the parcel it was saying it is at the depot on the way to be delivered to the customer. After 10 days of trying to speak to somebody about it I got through the telephone(after 25min wait on the phone) to be told that my parcel has been damaged beyond repair during delivery and has been discarded! Absolute nonsense! With no proof of the item actually being damaged! I can hardly imagine a way for it to happen, but let’s say it did happen they have no proof of it. So I’m just supposed to take their word for it! They say they can’t give me back my item because they binned it! Who gives them that right!? I have had a insurance and guarantee inside the parcel with the watch! But how can I claim my insurance if they have thrown it away without asking or even notifying me! And even now if I track the number it’s says the parcel is on its way to be delivered! When I was talking to the customer service consultant she told me I should understand that accidents happen and she didn’t even apologize! And when I asked them how come throwing away people’s belongings is company policy they just hang up the phone on me! I would never use them again!

Do not bother! Deserve ZERO stars. If you have a choice use ANY OTHER COURIER! They delivered my parcel to a random door on my street and took picture evidence of a random mail slot without including the house number!!! Who does that??? My street has over 100 houses! They don’t ever answer phones just a machine that says your parcel has been delivered and hangs up. An online chat bot without real people. Victoria was meant to reply and never did. 4 days later some random guy, Astra McLaren replies saying your parcel was delivered! Do you think I’m stupid? He/she didn’t even bother to check details of the case or call me just closed the case saying “Please contact your sender??? What an absolute joke of a courier. STAY CLEAR YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Terrible service. Can't speak to anyone about a missing parcel. Automated chat doesn't recognise the tracking and just kicks me out. This is the third time now.

Did not deliver parcel to buyer. Lost it. Requested insurance claim form 7 times and still not received it. DO NOT USE worst ever courier company.

Where to start,tracked parcel three different days due for delivery,finally should have arrived didn’t apparently I signed for it at22.45 really. Then trying to get through was impossible,left a message with this Holly robot Iwould get a email or call in 48 hrs DID NOT. Surprise a lady bought it the following evening says courier could not find the house, but she would deliver it for them, what a farce.

My parcel should have been delivered three days ago. All I get on the automated tracking system is that it will be delivered next working day but no it still has not arrived. Trying to make contact with Hermes is impossible ; automated HOLLY will tell you what you already know that the parcel has not been delivered. The parcel is a birthday present and I have no idea when or if it will arrive.

I arranged for my parcel to be collected on Monday, I waited in as instructed from 8am until 8pm, o one came to collect this. When I rang on Tuesday the automated system said the "Local courier is collecting this today", I rang the customer care line and after a 30 minute wait managed to speak to a lady who said the order had not been sent to the depot for allocation. Initially it was suggested I took the parcel to a drop off point, even though I had paid for collection. Then, She said she arranged for the collection to be done no later than 3pm on Wednesday, 2 days after it supposed to be going and only 1 day before it was due to arrive. It is now Thursday and said parcel is still in my hall. I have tried to contact the care line 6 times this morning, and just as you get to the point of being redirected to a person it disconnects. I would not recommend this Company to anyone, find another that actually does as it says it will.

They lost my parcel it got delivered late, they have lost a parcel ordered in june that i still have not received. The absolute worst delivery company out there, you cant get worse then Hermes.

AWFUL COMPANY! DO NOT USE! I have sent several parcels with this s*** show of a company, all COVERED in fragile tape and 3 of the 7 have been delivered absolutely smashed to bits. I had a customer send me photos this evening of a box that was pretty much flat! They are near on impossible to contact. In fact I have never been able to claim on the cover because I can’t ever get through! I once got past all the gab they give and told the machine my details only to be hung up on after being on hold for half an hour. They have ended up costing me a lot of money and I will never use them again and I advise everyone who needs their parcels to be delivered in working order and not broken not to use them!

This company is a joke. I will never have another item delivered by joke hermes. If shipper tells me shipping with Hermes I cancel the order. This company could not find it's way around a cardboard box

Hermes is losing a lot of packages. During the last 3 months, 3 of my packages (out of 3) were lost by Hermes. One I was sending, 2 were sent to me. The first one was lost at the drop the out location The 2 others the delivery person took advantage of using the map as a signature (touch-free delivery) and left it at some random address, far away from my place. The package is lost, and they say they have a signature (GPS location) for the delivery. If you check OSM, the GPS location is far away from my address

The parcel has been delivered to the incorrect address and I cannot get in touch with Hermes . I have tried to contact them with the tracking number but was unable to get anywhere. So the parcel has been accepted but at a wrong address. How do we actually speak to someone. Hermes are so infuriation. Same here you don’t deserve any stars .

Cannot speak to a real person to locate a missing parcel, the automated service does not recognise the tracking number when i read it out. I have attempted to email customer services to be told you do not accept emails. I am only able to comment on here by giving one star above, which is more than you deserve.
