“I took up the services of IEE Inc. on the 29th of March, 2021. I didn't get my Evaluation Report until a month later. I wasn't happy but I was made to know that the delay in getting my documents across to them caused the prolonged period of Evaluation. However, I must commend the Customer Service Team, the Records & Documents Team and the Evaluation Team. They all were up to the task. I especially liked the fact that I could chat up the organization at any time and still get a prompt response from the Customer Service Team despite the difference in the time zone. I am currently in Nigeria. Many thanks to Zera, CJ, James, Ana etc. Another thing I like about IEE Inc is their willingness to give 'provisional evaluation' in this COVID-19 era. This made getting an Evaluation Report easier for me as I had searched the internet and found out that IEE was the only one offering this service compared to other Evaluation companies. Although, the Evaluation fees was on the high side for me, at the end of it all, I got great value for my money.!!!”

“Overall, evaluation was good and completed on time and customer service helpful. However I was pretty surprised that an electronic copy of the evaluation costs an additional $50. Seems like a superfluous cost.”

“Service was very fast! I got my evaluation in about 3 weeks from the time I submitted my application. The only thing I noticed which was the reason I gave a 4 star is because they mentioned and wrote that I only took my degree in 4 years. I did my Bachelors Degree in Engineering for 5 yrs 1992-1997. Maybe it was just a typographical error or not. What’s important is that my diploma has the same equivalency here in the US. I recommend IEE to anyone who needs their education credentials evaluated.”

“The services is good. I like your website. It's user friendly and I got my questions answered quickly via chat support and email which is nice. The only thing is that I just found out one of the universities that I want to apply later only accept evaluation from IERF. So I just wish that IEE evaluation could be accepted in more schools. I know it might be a long way to go. And I hope you will get there. Overall, I had great experience and I will recommend you to my friends. Thank you.”

“Fast turnaround if you pay enough. Excellent professional report. Being a member of NACES was critical in my case and couldn't find a member who offered faster service. Purchased and had transcripts emailed from University Thursday evening, had report by Monday afternoon.”

“The service was good. However, I ordered the fast evaluation that should have been done within 5 business days but unfortunately it took them longer than 5 business days. The prices are compared to other evaluation companies way better.”

“I am pleased with the process you have set up. The only thing I might suggest is making it possible for a person placing an oder to go back and review all the order information they have intered before they submit it. My computer entered added a middle name and I didn't notice it before I went to the next step”

“I got my documents evaluated relatively quickly. The only thing I recommend you guys is to be more clear about how exactly the evaluations are delivered. I feel the person who pays for it deserves to have an emailed copy free of charge by default!”

“Good service. Improve telling the additional fees to customers. It catches by surprise at the moment of creating an account and selecting services. When customer service tells total for high school and university credentials mentions 230$, but at the end it costs 350$.”

“It was great doing business with IEE, I called someone answered promptly and customer service was great. However UPS update said my copy was delivered March 6,2021. I have not received my copy so I will have to get in touch with a representative from IEE on Monday.”
