“I was very happy with the service”

“I would have given a 5 star except for one issue. Let me first say positive issues. The website was smooth, I talked by phone to two people, and both were very easy to talk to, and provided help. The service was fast, and information about receipt of materials, and every process was was provided on real time basis. The only concern was that the online chat was not very helpful. I was given impractical solutions after which I called and got practical help.”

“At the beginning there was a bit of confusion about my university certificates as my two Staatsexamen did not translate well into the American system. Although I thought I had paid for a rush service the document arrived 8 workdays later. But in the end I am satisfied, as I did not have to send in my original papers as scans were enough.”

“It was a pleasant experience doing business with the IEE. The individuals I dealt with were very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. However, when my college in my home country submitted my transcript to them by email and I wanted to check to ensure they received it days later the person I spoke with said it was not submitted/received. He investigated further (but did not get back to me) and either the same or the next day I received an email saying it was received. Fortunately, they did a speedy job of getting it completed in a timely manner. I'd definitely do business with them again but I hope my document won't be overlooked next time.”

“I mean I got exactly what I paid for. The review came in very quickly, and the school reviewed it as well. All the evaluations seem a bit pricy, but oh well. Would reccomend”
