“Colleagues in the company are very kind and support well. However, the system for customer page would need to be improved. I had to upload my document several times because the uploaded one was gone few days later and the page of status overview was not updated properly, which caused me to chat with the colleagues more than three times.”

“Everything was done effectively. Costumer service was great. I really enjoyed the chat feature. I would definitely recommend it to others. There was a bad apple between the many people I talked to, who confused me. Everything else great!”

“Thank you very much for the work done! It was fast and high quality, the price is average. However, the problem was that you need to pay extra to send my Evaluation to universities. I don't have that much money, so in this case I'm at risk of not enrolling.”

“IEE is very user friendly and their customer service is fast and efficient. I talked to ACE via the chat box and my problem was quickly solved and clarified. Yet even though I have received an email 8 days ago that my evaluation is complete, it still hasn't been emailed and mailed which is a bit frustrating.”

“I got my credential evaluated second time with IEE, since the first one I used is not the preferred evaluator by GCPS. Now as I compare with two, my credentials were evaluated much lower by IEE VS Spanish group. That was disappointing.”

“Very efficient and fast but I do not think that the evaluation is right - comparing Grammar school to high school - there has to be a difference - it is not a 1 : 1 evaluation…”

“The response was very fast and prompt. The customer support handles query very efficiently and friendly way. I would have appreciated more if the certificates return was handled by a courier service since USPS left the package outside the common mailbox and it was not handled safely.”

“Overall the service was great especially Lulu and CJ. Just request one step forward suggesting will be much appriciate next time. (like if you know the goal for the customer, you suggest the best solution for each customer, sometimes you have to guess what they want to achive and guide them what is the best solution.)”
