“I will give my experience 7/10. Personally, I think the process for placing an evaluation order is not that simple. But I am extremely impressed with the live chat which helped me find a solution to my consulted problems. Sometimes the costumer support team wasn’t that helpful but others did!”

“It was a good experience. The only note that I have that u need to put on ur site an example of the form or template the person should have from his country. So we be sure that the document that we have is the one thats required before paying money.”

“I like their customer-orientated support. Their web design is very user-friendly and they make sure students can talk to the support team and provide valuable suggestions, based on a case by case basis. I learned about this company from Harvard Extension School and used it for another purpose. I wish this company is the recommended company for all other centralized application systems. The only minor setback is the 5 days regular standard evaluation - which only counts started counting after several days you have submitted documents. For example, I submitted on Day 1, then they asked for more documents on Day 3, then I submitted on Day 4. But they only approve this document on Day 7, and then the evaluation was finished on Day 12. So if you are urgent, understand that this process could take at least 10 days.”

“IEE is doing a great job in making evaluations process easier and affordable. However,I suggest they improve on their evaluation duration. It's stated that the standard evaluation takes 5 but mine took more than that. Please, stop discouraging people on this standard package by delaying their orders above the stipulated duration.”

“The only issue i am facing after my evaluation is that my applying university told me that with my course by course evaluation my evaluation agency should send them my copy of diploma with my evaluation document. But IEE did not send them and my online application portal of my applying university is incomplete. Can you please them now?”
