“Good service. Very prompt. I would have liked IEE to calculate my GPA, rather than just giving me instructions since I paid for the middle service. I thought I read it was included but it was a good experience using IEE.”

“IEE offers quick process of evaluation with competitive price. Its website is clear, easy to navigate, and very nice chat support. My overall experience is pretty good. My first evaluation got a bit problem with a statement saying my program "was a research only program which contained no coursework". However, my program did actually require coursework. IEE revised my report very quickly after I request a revision, but they only took out "contained no coursework" and still left "research only program" in. Okay, my program was not research only because it did contain coursework. These two items are logically linked. How can a a successful revision leave one but remoev the other? I was tired of chase this down. The evaluators just need to be more careful, no mention that I submited my transcript twice to show my coursework in a non-research-only program. Still, I like their quick service.”

“I am very satisfied with the rapidity of the service. However, I am disappointed with the way how the document was delivered as there is no way for me to ensure that it is received on time by the school. I can just ask if they have received it, they kept replying not yet. There should be an instruction for the client on how to follow up with the school, and also a notification should be sent to the school by IEE. It is frustrating to pay a same-day delivery, but one week later, it is still not delivered.”

Hi Nathan, Your Same Day service was completed on time and your evaluation and supporting documents were delivered immediately to FIT's secure digital Partner Portal with IEE to which they are alerted each time an evaluation has been completed. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over how our partner institutions choose to manage their documents but if we can further assist you in any way, please let us know. “I was impressed with IEE's super fast turnaround. However, my GPA came out to be lower through the IEE evaluation than through WES which was disappointing. I do understand however that with the various grading scales and practices that different international universities follow, it isn't truly possible to have one objective method of conversion.”

“I recently got my international credentials evaluation done at IEE and very happy with the customer service. It took little longer than 5 days but they were very prompt and professional. I love the ease of process as they accept original documents in person. I definitely recommend the service.”
