“IEE provided excellent service from start to finish. Not only did they provide a top-notch evaluation, but they were extremely attentive to my needs as a priority customer, communicating directly to me throughout the process. The only reason that I gave 4 stars out of five is because the price was pretty steep for me. If the price could somehow be reduced, it would be great! But overall excellent service!”

“The IEE team was very accommodating and helpful with all the necessary guidance. It took only around 3 days for the transcript to get evaluated. Especially their online 24/7 chat support team was very attentive and helped with all the doubts I had related to the status of my evaluation. Overall, it was an easy and prompt delivery.”

“Prompt evaluation service and responsive customer support chat. Email communication is also excellent and take great care in shipping back one’s precious documents. Gave them four stars and not five because, unlike other evaluation companies, they do not provide a free applicant’s copy. I was told later that one has to add oneself as a recipient and pay extra fee for that.”

“I evaluate my bachelors transcript and you give me very less credits for each course . But last time I evaluate from any other place they give me 5 credits for each course . If it is possible you can also give me 5 credits for each course .”

“The process was smooth and stick to the 5 business days as mentioned. However I had a tough time to understand the policy around return of documents. It is not clearly mentioned on the website and chat representative told me that you will return the documents after evaluation and no self addressed envelopes are needed. But later I was asked to pay to return the documents because I did not include any return envelopes in my original package which I find confusing”

“Although there was a back and forth with regard to the verification of my document, I feel highly satisfied with the overall process. The customer response was prompt and the feedbacks were lucid. I can't ask for anything better”

“IEE takes care of clients till the report was delivered to the institutions. 5 on 5 for that service. But in my case though it is a week since my report was delivered to the institution, they didn't check their IEE portal for the report till now. I think IEE can make some improvements so that the institutions check their portals and update the documents.”

“My experience with IEE was really supep and fast, the customer service support was highly outstanding, thanks to trained agent like ACE, CJ and delivery period for me was unbelievable. I got my evaluation a day after IEE receive my transcript from my institution. Please kindly device a means by which schools receive this evaluation on time and possibly keep your client abreast of this development, Cos there was a little delay in my case”
