“The quality of the work was great ( I ordered a translation and an evaluation). The pricing is reasonable when it comes to evaluations but for fast shippings and extra copies it is a bit costly. The only negative I have noted is the timing. My document took 3 weeks to complete instead of 5 days.”

“1. My problem was that you don't very much believe on scanned documents whereas on my side it is very risky to send my original diplomas. Original documents sending will need another payment as well 2. You are very expensive. 3. Your service are rapid”

“IEE reply fast and exactly goes to the point. Anyway, the result sent to the institutional college is slow. I was informed that my evaluation completed on Jun 7 but till Jun 15 my college informed me that they have not received the evaluation.”

“Fast and efficient service. The only wish is that they must give at least two reports with the original payment. And charge extra from the third. The official report goes straight to the organization, I do not have a report myself”

“I have paid 50 dollars extra to get evaluation in 3 days but you have taken time for 10 days to give evaluation report. Could please give me back my 50 dollars”

“Overall experience was good. Couple of suggestions: 1. An email can be sent when the evaluation reaches the destination university. Right now I have no idea whether Georgia Tech received my IEE evaluation. 2. Mention only good quality third parties on your website. I had a terrible experience with MailTranscipts (I have sent a separate email describing my experience).”

“The evaluation process was smooth and fine, though the website seemed to be lagging in a bad way - that I was able to see the source code of it upon some entries. This may put off some customers, because the website appears to be insecure.”
