“Great customer support and very easy to use user interface. Though I have some reservations with the custom application for schools. I think the custom application should be according to if you are sending report to such school and not just using a particular link. I discovered after my application that the cost was different after using the link provided by Morgan State University at first to check and create my first draft.”

“I have been asked official transcripts to be sent to directly to IEE from the university I have graduated. It was difficult for me to process it because of personal reasons. So I couldn’t get official evaluation rather provisional for one of my Degree. but I have got Good and official evaluation for my other Degree on time. Thank you IEE.”

“I am satisfied with IEE professionalism and the chat opportunities which helped clarify processes. However, I am missing the return of my original bachelor degree certificate mailed to you separately from my transcripts . I only received my original transcripts. Kindly send it back to me . It’s in a scroll case labeled ‘ University of Benin. Thankyou.,”

“The actual evaluation process was simple and quick, with the expected results. It is very helpful to be able to get a provisional evaluation with unofficial transcripts, and then to request a free revision when the official transcripts arrive. Additionally, I appreciated that IEE contacted me (once over email and once over the phone) when they received my transcripts. However, the process of getting those revisions was, for me, difficult, as my credit card was not accepted and the paypal payment option only sometimes worked. There annoyance of this system leads me to take a star off, but the rest of the process was easy.”

“The response is good but your site is not accessible not able go to site in majority of situations. Need to improve site performance and UI. I recommend to Barbetsoft.com to improve site and make it interactive with users.”

“Overall experience was good. I have two observations: 1) Paid some $450 dollars and forgot to send a self-stamped envelope to get my documents back. It would seem like a good customer service deal if you could have sent them back yourselves. I know you run a business but it leaves a bad taste. 2) No Veteran discount. It's not a law, just a....”
