“It was great overall. Though, I had to call multiple times to get status updates which was a bit annoying. Another thing was that even though the timeframe said it was going to take a certain amount of days for my evaluation and translation of my certificates to be complete, it ended up taking longer and I had to call customer service just to push them to hurry up the process since the timeframe for processing was past. But overall, I am happy that I got my certificates evaluated and translated.”

“Dear David, You asked me to write something about my credential evaluations. I have some concerns if you address them I will be thankful: When I joined ICMA Pakistan some times back in 2002 the eligibility criteria on that time was two years graduation to get admission in ICMA Pakistan and ICMA Pakistan itself has 3 1/2 years to complete certification in year 2002. So my total education was 17 1/2 years but you awarded me BS in Accounting and Finance which is 16 years qualification. Here, in my view I deserve Master degree. Can you please elaborate,? “Objectively speaking they have done everything I hired them. Though it's true that they got the order wrong. Personally I am dissatisfied and utterly disgusted by the services provided out of which I emphasize the lack of consideration for other Education systems and academic rigor for each one of them. As of now, I have to say the customer service is quite impeccable. I hope this review may help you see what its lacking.”
