“I found a lengthy process with my phone,I wasn't receiving the emails thoroughly,every time when I tried to fill my credentials it created new application, but fortunately I could complete the process through my spouse's phone and email,thank you.”

“The evaluation was processed in just enough time and they were sent to the requested institution like a dream by either contacting them by email or the Zara chatbot on the website. Though like many other companies there is some input required, the evaluation does take place swimmingly. The evaluation after submission was satisfactory to the institutions as well. Furthermore, I would highly recommend the rushed evaluation option or faster if required.”

“I am overall content with the evaluation from IEE, then again my institution did not offer me an alternative so I had no choice. The staff are very responsive and quick, in turn-around of documents and emails. I was impressed. The grade calculations are proprietary and individual so IEE's GPA calculations and class conversions may not accurately reflect your standing or achievements, as was in my case where their odd way of calculating caused me to drop from a 3.0 to a 2.7, a disappointment. So keep that in mind. They were accommodating in adding something I needed, though a bit reserved and snarky. Overall, a fine experience. I'd recommend but with hesitancy and caution.”

“You need to include the order invoice/receipt on the portal or at least send it to us after payment. It should have the company name and the order details.”
