“I am satisfied with your services from the moment you received my transcript. I also appreciate that you pointed out that engaging your services to obtain my transcript from the issuing university may take between two weeks to six months. You could have collected my $100 and say later that the issuing institution failed to deliver on time; instead, you were upfront. I appreciate that. However, I advise you to let students know when issuing institutions fail to deliver transcripts. In my case I sat back, believing you had the transcript and it took the prompt from the receiving institution to make me realize that was not the case. I will gladly recommend your services to prospective students”

“They tried their best to help. Customer service always available. But we can’t talk to verification department which slows down things. We can only email them or go through other administrators”

“The website says 3-5 business days starting when you receive all the paperwork. In my experience, it took almost a week for IEE to notify me that you needed another document sent from my university. And after this 3 more days to get my official transcripts. I think you could first check if you have all the documents so you can notify people from the beginning.”
