“The order was fulfilled. But AFTER I ordered it, I was told that it will take more time than promised, because it requires translation from Russian. Nowhere on their site is said that orders in foreign language take more time than the specified. So I paid them $50 to get order just on time.”

“I liked the service and the response time is also not too high but the only part where I feel it can be improved a little is, along with the soft copy of the result if you can send a complimentary hard copy that would have been more helpful.”

“the service is very good, congratulations to all the employees who answer the questions in the chat. They're great! the evaluation and very quickly too. the only problem that I didn’t like and that you don’t return the original history just sent the copy. it can hurt me in the future.”

“The translation of the documents are accurate, but when I was asked to choose the language the documents are going to be translated from, I couldn't find Croatian in the drop down menu, so I had to select Bosnian which isn't a recognised language in the world. It is sad that I had to select a language that doen't exist, over a language that my country has fought for years so I would be able to speak it.”

“Thank you for helping me with the documentation at the most urgent times. Joseph and Team very nice to me. But there are some things make me upset. There are many thing I have to pay more that follow which has no informations on the platform and I have to following by myself. However it goes though well.”

“Good customer service and good service. They translated 3 documents from French to English. I received in 1 week ecopy by email and 2 weeks for hard copy. I can read English and French. It is a good team.”
