“Very good but long period of service”

“Able to phone for clarification of process as it was not as clear on website. Process of completing service was as stipulated on website. Service is excellent, wish I could access info via their website too, even if it was just a copy rather than wait for mail to get the original copy.”

“I applied for an evaluation to use for the CPA exam exam and I am glad to say everything went really well. My high school diploma and Bachelor's degree as well as my Master's degree from England were accurately evaluated and have been duly accepted for CPA candidacy. My only slight gripe is that the process takes a bit long if you don't pay for priority evaluation service.”

“Very helpful. Loved the immediate support via chat. Document upload was a little buggy. Also, emailing was not always worked smoothly. Main complaint I would have, if any, is that I was not given a chance to explain anything from my docs. Otherwise, decent evaluation and fast service.”

“They did their assessment in a timely fashion and was reasonably straight forward to use. There is no provision for other study to be recorded other than actual University study. Some Polytechnics/Colleges (as they are called outside the USA because they may not necessarily do research and teaching) provide academic learning and have degrees or degree type coursework and practical assessments which may not be assessed at all or the level of coursework compared to a University understood. In this regard it is really 3 star which is relevant to the cost. It would have been good if my extra papers were added.”

“I received a copy of my Transcript's Evaluation. I was just wondering why the non-American related subjects were counted in the computation for the GPA. It lowered my GPA from 3.09 from a previous evaluation to 2.93 with your current evaluation.”

“The end result of the evaluation was good and the report was very well presented. However the initially the evaluation was wrongly presented as provisional when all of the very stringent document requirements had been met. Communication with the company was fast in general. However responses came from multiple people and were often repeated.”
