“Although, the guaranteed timeline was 10 business days, my evaluation took an additional week. Could have been honest from the get go. One person on the chat feature available after login, conveniently ignored my questions about the delay. On all other occasions - good informative chats, people were understanding and helpful.”

“My evaluation came back in timely manner and I am satisfied with the service. Except one small little thing, I achieved First class honor which stated on transcription but my evaluation did not mention it at all. I feel like you should confirm exactly what it says on transcription, the First class honor was my greatest achievement and I really want others to know when I apply for a job.”

“There is one concern that I believe needs clarification. The evaluation category is provisional and after 6 months your agency would require said documents to be sent from the institutions of study. This is understood! However, does this mean an additional cost for the "new service."”
