“Excellent turn around and outstanding customer service via chat. No issues getting my masters degree from England evaluated so I could apply for a job in the states. I paid for expedited service and it arrived via email in less than 5 business days which is what I needed to apply for a job with a rapidly approaching closing date. Affordable compared to the others which charge over $100 sometimes $200. Big thumbs up to IEE”

“Great customer service but somewhat generic product, I'm still waiting for my email copy they promised me. I dont know how my transfer credits which were given notes by my graduating school ended up being simple TR notes in the final credential evaluation. I feel like IEE could have asked me for the transferring university's transcript if that would have confirmed it. Either way great customer service agents, super nice!”

“They are good, specialy the customer service which help me a lot, just remember sending all the original documents, I wanted my evaluation for military, and I got what I wanted. My bachelor was in computer science from India and they evaluated for only 3 years and gave me 93 credits, which I was surprised, however they are professional and doing good jobs, they need to become more familiar and educate themselves with Canadian, British and Indian education system. If you want to pursue your education go for WES because they are the only organization which are more familiar with British, Canadian and Indian education systems.”

“The evaluation was made quickly and without issues, however a bit more guidance (I tried to write to the costumer care but I didn't get clear answers) would have been helpful to understand what kind of documents were needed and which ones in original.”

“Only one downside was that my original Exam results had to be sent and could not be sent back to me. They are being held at Catawba for me when I arrive. Electronic copies or a returns policy would be beneficial. Otherwise very good.”
