“I had great experience dealing with such a professional team, from customer service to evaluators, verification, and translation team, although, the report was not as I expected, the GPA was a little bit low, but everyone was great in answering my questions and helping me to meet my deadlines.”

“I thought the service was quite good. The team was ready to answer any of my questions and were very courteous. The turnaround for my paperwork was fast and I am pleased with the results. The only recommendation I would have would be for them to email once they have received the required documents just to help the client feel better knowing that their important documents have safely arrived and the company is working on the evaluation. Other than this, great service and I will recommend them!”

“The timeliness of the evaluation is my first impression. Secondly, communicating with IEE is quite easy. My third impression was the ease of navigating your site is another mark of excellence. Various institutions of learning, especially higher institutions, are easily selected using a drop down menu. My only issue with IEE was it’s failure to pay for my package to be mail to my selected address. I had earlier paid the mailing fee as part of the full payment for the entire process. I had to pay additional fees to get my package mailed to me.”

“Great, prompt service. IEE makes it easy to place an order through their user friendly website. A representative was in constant contact with me throughout the process to explain what was happening and anything I needed to do. The turnaround time for document evaluation was quick, even more so because of the pressure this pandemic is placing on businesses. My documents were submitted by March 21, 2020 and by April 1, 2020 my report had been completed and shipped. My only complaint is that receiving an electronic copy of the evaluation by email costs as much as sending a hard copy by post -$20. In my opinion, an electronic copy should be much cheaper as it takes less resources for transmission. In fact, it should be free, as a courtesy. Overall, I'm happy with my order from IEE and would recommend them to others.”

“Despite not really getting the point of having to get such an evaluation in the first place -- it seems like bureaucracy overkill -- IEE actually did a good, fast job in getting my evaluation done and sent back. Even during this crazy virus!”

“Satisfied with the turn around time given the circumstances that surround us these days. Making the request and uploading documents was pretty straightforward. Original degree and transcripts were well preserved and returned securely. The one thing I did not like was being charged extra $20 for a scanned copy of the evaluation via email of something I received 2 days later in the mail anyways.”

“The customer service is good and the suggested time of completion is upheld. You are also kept in the loop as to where your application is during the process. My only drawback was the cost of international shipping of $120 which was ridiculous. I would recommend anyone to use IEE though.”
