“I was searching in the internet for an agency that provides evaluation of foreign high school certificates to equivalency to US High School Diploma. I found IEE service online. I was happy to find out on July 10, 2020, that IEE has an online chat, with whom you could chat and asked questions. I was fortunate to get Robin on that day. Robin was very helpful, answered all my questions, and guided me on how to submit my orders on line. Robin even stayed on the online chat with me until I completed my orders, and confirmed that everything was in order. I thanked Robin for the excellent service. Exactly, ten days later, on July 20, 2020, I received IEE evaluations. So, thank you to Robin and the rest of IEE team members who worked on my orders. Best, Roziah B.”

“It was an overall good cooperation, with a handy website and immediate live chat support. There was a delay in the submission of the evaluation to the university of almost a month, but it was resolved after following up with the company. Thank you for the warm support.”

“The Evaluation took 4weeks, and their customer service is on point. I am pleased with the outcome and will be recommending this company to family and friends. However, I give it a 4 star because I received my originals today all creased up. I'm honestly very disappointed because those are my only copies.”

“Very smooth application process. Due to COVID-19 I expected some issues or delays. I had missing documents and had to gather them so took a little longer than advertised but once all gathered it was completed within the 10 days and I was very happy to receive it. It was exactly what I had expected. My only problems really were the live chat team, they gave me conflicting info, one charged me for something that I didn’t need to pay due to having a complimentary copy included (however, I was refunded without asking!) and overall speaking to the online team wasn’t a very enjoyable experience. There were some great staff, however, there were some less helpful and at times rude staff, particularly someone called Joseph, who I found unhelpful and rude at times. Most others were great except the few I can’t remember names of. Thanks for the help IEE!”

“The institution I'm applying to highly recommended IEE, and it's very easy to see why! My education was rather complicated, so I wasn't sure if it would prevent an evaluation from taking place. I reached out to IEE to inquire about that, and Shelby L. Cearley was excellent in explaining the process to me. Maria Mason did the evaluation itself, and this was also of very high quality. The one minor issue was that it took almost a week longer than expected; however, this didn't cause any problems in my case because I am applying for online studies which are very flexible for starting terms. Overall I am very impressed!”

I requested for an additional copy. I wasn’t expecting you to include it in the same envelope with the first copy, I had to submit the evaluation as it is sealed. I could not retrieve the additional copy I paid for, which made me very upset. This was expected to be mailed to me in individual envelopes.”

“Overall it was fine. The evaluation itself was processed as promised, which was great. However, my order has arrived later than promised, but I understand it could have happened due to the pandemic. I never received a confirmation email that my order has been shipped, nor I have received a tracking number, which was a little inconvenient. Also the document was a little crumpled.”

“IEE has awsome costumer service, I should have been sent my document to IEE during the COVID-19 outbreak this superb institution saved my life, oh ya previously I had sent 3 three times my evaluation document to a well-known institution( the biggest NACES member) but ended up with slow response and I think that "institution'' they don't need us hahaha. If your campus doesn't specify to a certain name choose IEE their service couldn't be better”
