“Horrendous customer service and used products. I’ve spent lakhs on myntra and later they send me used products during covid times and when I returned it saying neither does it fit me and it looks old, they put it on the customer. Terrible customer service. They should learn from Amazon india and bigbasket with their customer service. It’s a big scam where used products are dispatched to the customer. Avoid at all costs.”

“Pathetic service. I wanted to return an item. In the initial notifications, they said they ll pick up.At a later stage that is when I returned the item for the third time, they are saying self ship. Why would I do that. This is really annoying”

“Myntra is also should not support such brand having issues. I have still not got support from myntra and boult audio as well Very Worst customer service of Boult , I am very disappointed I have complaint so many times regarding my neckband not working , they haven't reply properly , and there Customer service is too bad it's just unbearable They didn't pick any call's , not reply on email properly. don't Buy it, otherwise you'll regret it.”

“It is pathetic App. do not use the product. the product quality is bad But more worst is that they will cancel your product automatically saying that given address is worng. later on you will not get your advance paid amount too. if you will make complaint 100 times you will get response Zero. They will take you request and resolve with that note of refund has procced. but you won't get fund in your account and you just keep complaining.”

“Wow.. Where do I begin? Yes! I see that some people are saying they got fake products from myntra. Believe me, I am using myntra from 2016 and I purchased a lot of products and I never got any fake product till now and in fact, myntra gives a lot of discounts and some options like myntra insider and myntra move which helps us getting coupons not just for the products you purchase in myntra. which means u can get coupons for other popular sites too. So, don't worry just download the app and be stylish!”
