“Horrific 1st year driving experience with them, they charged me an extra £160 a month!! for going over miles by about 100 to 200 miles over! extortionate amount of money with appalling service care”

“DO NOT USE My Policy!!! Disgusting treatment of my daughter, a newly qualified driver. After signing up and paying £300 deposit they come up with a million and 1 limitations and countless threats of cancelling the policy (which they have now done) the same day they took £120 payment, they conveniently sent a message at 18:00hrs, their closing time and cancelled the policy without any explanation why!! They have said today it’s because she will go over her miles in the course of a year (a restriction she knew nothing about until after policy was taken out) she has not gone over her miles already, she also has a partner they know uses the car, no discussion, no heads up just cancelled. Just for clarification her black box score is 10/10. Do not be fooled by this company, completely immoral and more than likely illegal, we are now getting legal advice but that doesn’t help in that we now cannot get insurance”

“Avoid avoid avoid!!!!! Ain't even used half of my mileage but had a phone call to say unless I purchase more within the next 7 days and pay upfront for those extra miles, my policy will be cancelled!! Absolute joke of a company”

“i read their review online and decided to cancel a car insurance i paid in the morning. i called them that same afternoon on the same day and they charged me 79pounds for not doing anything at all. the car wasn't even insured yet when i checked online but they still charged me. i would advise everyone stay away from my policy insurance. i should have read their reviews before i sent my deposit. cunny bunch of people. do your proper research on mypolicy insurance before you regret it.”

“Changed my car and tried to cancel the insurance they then tried to charge me over £700 to do this although when I initially bought the insurance it should've only been £150 to cancel, so to change the vehicle I am now paying over double. Then today I have received texts from then saying they need to fit a box into my car although it already have a box fitted within half an hour they have booked it in for tomorrow so after getting in contact and telling them I don't need this box I have been sent a text saying I will be charged £50 for not attending this appointment, this was sent around 8:30 PM but the phone lines closed at 5pm so I cant even contact this scam of a company to make sure I am not charged for this, all I can do is wait at home for 10 hours for someone to come and fit a box that is already installed”

“WORST COMPANY EVER. AVOID AT ALL COST. THEY CANCELLED MY POLICY AFTER TWO DAYS, YET THEY VALIDATED ALL THE DOCUMENTS BY CALLING ME. There staff needs training. Looks like they’ve not had proper training. Nobody seems to know what they’re doing. The manager is just as bad. All they want is your money. They won’t listen to what yo have to say. They don’t care about their customers. AVOIDDDDDDDDD”

“After taking a £250 first payment, they informed my son that his policy was being cancelled after just two days at a cost of £82.00. When my son questioned why, he was informed that he was not allowed to have a Saturday job as well as being a full time student!!! Does this mean all youngsters with Saturdays jobs are driving without cover?? RIDICULOUS!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS........”

“DO NOT GO WITH MYPOLICY. all they do is take your money at any chance. You are forced to keep the car at your home address 5 nights a week and they charge you if you want to add another address on! This means i cannot alternate between my parents house and restricts my freedom. Also i have only used 1000 miles out of my 6000 limit and they are threatening to cancel my policy if i dont buy more miles in the next 7 days even tho im not where near my limit! They are an awful company, do NOT go with them!!!!”

“I would give them zero stars if possible, but avoid like the plague, especially if it is a first time insurance. Take your money and say you're insured, then do everything possible to cancel the policy. Their office number conveniently gets busy and not contactable when important details have been requested. Avoid at all costs!”

“I was with these when I first started driving scamming gets I bought the policy and thy never told me how much millage I will do i logged in and checked thy only gave me 1000 miles a year. I rang them up to say why you gave me this thy saying that what you said to us no I didn't I ran out of millage and thy carried on saying you have to buy more millage as you have ran out if not we will have to cancel your policy I refused to pay for extra millage. I called them to say to cancel my policy as you are Scam and Fraud insurance company. Next few days I got a debt letter from CARS saying I owe over £1066.66 for the outstanding that what was left on the policy. I rang to insurance and said why do I need to pay for this thy said that is in our Terms and conditions which was explained to you I said thy went explained and the last person who sold me the policy never said that. I said all your call are recorded and listen to the call from the day I bought the policy thy never got back to be and left me to pay a Debt of £1066.66 When policy was cancelled I just chopped the black box out of my car never get black box you might as well pay more and have no box then have one waste of money and time and it doesn't help with lowering insurance down thy just charge the same amount NEVER GO WITH BLACK BOX INSURANCE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME JOKERS”

“I would rate 0 stars if possible, miserable scumbags, no manners whatsoever! Complete rip-off, I have insured my car with them, deliberately ignored my previous years of no claim bonus. They ask you to call and validate your policy, but phones not working for days, instead they send you emails threatening to cancel your policy if you don't validate it via phone. Either stupid, or zero customer service.”

“NON-ENGLISH" NAMES STAY AWAY, THEY PROFILE YOU, THEY NEVER BELIEVE ANYTHING YOU TELL THEM. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I'm imagining if there's a claim, getting help from them will be so difficult, they won't stick up for you ever There's this thing about Validation after paying online for policy, to validate is now taking ages. It's taken 7 days now, yet to validate as they kept asking for documents upon documents. Much as you looking for cheap insurance, they are RIP-OFFs.Stay away from them”

“They charge you for extra miles, cancellation with no refund. If u do get a refund there is almost 300 pound for they box to pay back. Lady on the phone not helpful at all. Went back with my old one”
