I have been with this company for more than 4 years, never once had an issue with them. Payments have been taken on time, if there has been any concerns they have got in touch and it's been resolved. Always been able to get through on phone (sometimes there is a queue but get real, it is a call centre). Almost every bad review I have read has been neglect from the customer not actually reading and understanding things so don't base you going with My Policy based on these other clowns opinions.

This five star for Tom. He's really helpful and nice for customer service. I was complaining about installing a black box in two weeks ago for him. Their partner Vodafone sent an engineer to my home but that staff didn't knock my door only taken photos from outside of my home and gone. Things happen twice during the last two weeks with two appointments. Tom helped me to rearrange the third appointment and ask for send another good engineer to install and sort it out. Tom call me three times and explained the things to me and apologized even it's not his problems. He did everything he can and very responsible. Thanks, Tom! Really nice customer service.

Great prices with a fair, somewhat lenient, black box. I had a crash in my first year of driving with My Policy and they paid me out MORE than the car was worth nthe NEXT DAY with absolutely no hassle whatsoever. Most companies treat you harshly if you miss a payment so don't listen to the bad reviews, and make sure you pay up.. not hard

I been used this insurance for nearly for two years. It was my first car insurance, the price was really good for the first time driver and also for 2nd year they gave me good deal .the black box is good ,it makes me to become more responsible and be carful in the road . I love it

Please read the terms and conditions properly. I was excited to drive my first car and skim read the terms and conditions like an idiot. On the front page, 'No curfew' it says. And under it, it says 'this may affect your driving score'. Now I didn't cross examine this with the terms and conditions and assumed it meant my score would just be a little low, because what they don't tell you on the front page is that if you drive at night your driver score will go to -6 out of 10! and if more than 3 times in a month and you will have penalties and possible cancellation of policy. Being penalised for driving at night is a 'curfew' but they can get away with it on a technicality based on semantics. You can go out at night (but do it more than 3 or more times and you're screwed!). No matter how safely I drive, at the safest possible time on quiet roads, my 'usage' score never goes above 5/10. It is designed to screw you over and they know it. I tested this by driving down the road to the shop at 11:30am and then came straight back. No traffic, perfect speed and braking and no issues whatsoever. The least risky time of the day, on the quietest road just half a mile down the road and what usage rating did they give me? 5/10. And there is zero information on how they came to that score specifically because they know it's poppycock. I should have paid the extra grand for insurance without telematics. It's a scam.

Looks great online with very competitive quotes. Got to final page and noticed the extortionate charges for installation of a "self-installed device" (£350.00!!) as well as renewal, cancellation and other charges. Thanks heavens for these reviews and have decided to stay away.

I was with this insurance company for two years and firstly, I think the whole premises of having to have a black box and keep your driving scores high, and then not even gaining any sort of perks from it is an absolute scam. I drove consistently at an 8/10 score for the entirety of my policy (the only reason it wasn't a ten is because you get penalised for driving late at night, I have a full time job and sometimes work nights but because I'm young, driving late at night obviously equates to me driving unsafely) and instead of receiving money off my renewal quote, they wanted to charge me nearly £40 pound more a month! The app is outdated and hardly any of the features actually work. I received little to no communication about my policy ending other than a renewal quote, nothing saying that because I hadn't renewed my insurance would be cancelled, or what to do with my black box or anything along those lines. I'm dissatisfied and frustrated with the company and would strongly advise taking out a policy with them.

Dreadful experience, pray on younger audience.......if you do proceed you need to FULLY understand the terms and conditions. The ethics are questionable at the very least. My advice is STAY AWAY and pay a little more for piece of mind.

AVIOD AT ALL COSTS, I wish I had read reviews first, They cancelled my insurance after two months, on predicted millage having no prier notice from them or an option to buy more miles. I will be taking this all the way, how they operate is unlawful and they pry on young people who have had no experience with insurance or millage.

Thieves basically my son cancelled his policy after 10 months and they charged him 800£ for that . When you call them you get different statements what's the money for. Scammers!!!!!!How come they are legal!!! Cancellation fee is 75£ and they want 800£ when I requested managers call back they said there is nothing they can do so no point talking to anyone???? Ridiculous. Save your kids and don't let them having insurance with these THIEVES!!!

Set up a policy, had to change occupation and paid extra plus admin fee. Now they are demanding more money on top of another admin fee for them not making the change

Absolutely disgusted with this company .😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡My 18 year old son had the policy for 10 months . They cancelled it the day he tried to buy more mileage. I phoned and was told that was it end of policy . Not only did they charge him £70 he also lost 2 months insurance. I spent the day looking for a new policy . None of them would insure him because of the Cancellation. I found the only one which was £2500 . So I would not recommend this company to anyone . Absolute ar*****es Just out for vulnerable youngsters money . My son didn’t know . Don’t we all make mistakes sometimes 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

told me if i had a black box for a year my insurance would go down. the next year it shot up over £100 more when i have had a year of no claims and my driving was always 10/10. They tried to cancel for me needing more miles when i didn’t need more miles! do not waste your time complete scammers they just want your money. useless company useless workers 😂-1000/10
