Really bad customer service, the promotion code didn’t apply to my order, I couldn’t cancel it. I’m trying to refund it and it’s a nightmare to get help from customer service I really had better expectations from this company, once you spent your money they don’t care if you happy or not with the order

According to my recent order with MyProtein. There was one item that I was concerned about. Which was a Daily Multivitamin tablet. I contacted the customer service about it that the tablet I received didn’t look the same as the picture advertised on the website. The tablet on the website is white capsule, but the tablet I received was uncoated yellow colour, and their response to my query and concern was, “I can see from your photo it looks like you have edited the image...” - WHAT?! Are you serious?! I couldn’t believe this would be their response to my query and concern. It didn’t matter whether I edited the photo or not. My main concern was my health and safety, because the tablet didn’t look the same as on the website. This is something I put in my body, and I wanted to know why? I couldn’t believe it that the FIRST THING their customer service staff, “Oliver” cared about was the photo being edited! Yes, I made the photo brighter, as it was dark and I could hardly see the actual colour of the tablet in the bottle when I took it, and also, so that the customer service team could see it clearly as well. Oliver, the customer service staff didn’t even said anything about the fact that the TABLET ITSELF BEING TOTALLY DIFFERENT IN COLOUR AND LOOK! But more worried about the photo being edited! Unbelievable! I wish that the customer service staff would put their feet into my shoes! What if this happened to them when they ordering something and receiving something that looks totally different from the website?! I have prove of the original photo I took without it being brightened including a video, so you can see the actual product and also the response from the company’s customer service staff Oliver as well. I have consumer rights to be concerned about my health and safety, and your company should give an explanation and answer to my query and concern, NOT pointing out about the photo being edited which wasn’t even important! I usually spend fortune on their products and this is such a disappointment, the way your staff handled my concern about health and safety!

I have been a loyal MyProtein customer for multiple years now. During that time I have never had to deal with their customer service until recently, as they shipped my whey to the wrong address. Instead of trying to resolve their mistake, MP customer service told me there is 'nothing they can do' & to contact the current residents who live at my old address and sort it out. Other than that address being 20 miles away, there is also a pandemic happening right now. This advice is not only useless but also reckless. I am now out $50 and gained nothing but a headache. Myprotein is a dishonest company who has no problems stealing from their customers. Truly shameful experience, and I highly recommend you think twice before giving MyProtein your business. (Look at their reviews on Facebook/Reddit too; there are many horror stories similar to mine.) Their product is decent but their customer service is atrocious. Make no mistake, Myprotein does not give a shit about you or your years of loyalty. Spend your money on a company who values you, not with Myprotein.

I made an order on 5 Jun. Their website promises a 10-14 days delivery. After 21 days I contacted their support, they promised an update in 3-4 days. All this happened on 29 Jun. 38 days passed since I made my order and 14 days since they promised to send me an update. Strongly don't recommend this website.

Im still waiting my products. Its been 4 months since i made the order and they arent delivered yet! Did i just get scam? I would never recommend them to anyone!

Absolutely horrific customer service!!!!!!! This company is deplorable and should be shut down. I made an order and it has not arrived for 2 months. I am out almost 400$ to this company and have received a complete run around from them and their shitty messaging service. It’s just ridiculous. I have messaged them server all times asking for this issue to be resolved and to not avail. They just tell you “we are trying to resolve the issue” blah blah blah when it’s bullshit. They aren’t even reading the messages just giving you a generic response!!! I want my money back!!!!! I have asked for a refund and have told them that I will be making this public if they do not give me a refund for products I NEVER RECEIVED. Also it is strange to be that they don’t have a place you can write a google review. I will be roasting this company on every single platform I can. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!!! I WANT MY REFUND

Delivered to the wrong address and took a month for me to get my money back from them. The day it was delivered they were able to tell me the (wrong) address of where it was delivered yet I had to fill in 2 forms, chat to someone from customer service about 2-3 times per week before anything was done about it. Unless I contacted them nothing was being done, in fact, I would probably still be waiting. In the end someone just issued the refund right there and then, which could have been done all along. Customer service is really really bad. I do not recommend.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They ask you to write messages about where your product is, but their responses and actions show clearly that they do not read the messages. They just do whatever they please, and too bad for the customer.

Absolute joke of a company! Shockingly bad customer service. I've used them for years and they have gone downhill fast. I ordered over 3 weeks ago and still haven't received my product. I just want my money back now, but even that is proving difficult. Take my advice don't order with these guys.

Disgusting customer service. Emails replied to but they never actually responded to what your asking. My items were supposedly delivered but never received. Iv sent more then 6 Emails and returned a non revived slip still with no joy. I then had dealings with ‘James’ via live chat. A very rude, customer service personal who terminated my chat after Becoming rude because I asked for a replacement order . I have a large gym following online and will now certainly be sharing my experience on social media. Thanks my protein

I gave them a week before making contact as due to the current circumstances i was willing to be flexible. As of today, they refuse to give me an explanation as to why the order has not arrived. They take days to get back to me regarding my queries to the point that i asked for a refund. They refuse to give me a refund for an order that they have not sent. All they tell me is that they are investigating it; they have been saying that for over 2 weeks. I have seen more reviews here with the same issues; be aware and don't order from myprotein

The delivery company lost my order but as I was speaking to a new person at MyProtein everyday they kept on insisting I wait another day to allow for delivery. One week later they agreed to send the order again...But shipped with the same company! I only shopped with them as I got a discount via the Body Coach 90 day plan. Won’t make that mistake again!

I was charged more than my basket said (my basket said a total of £62 and they have charged me £113) I’ve spoken to customer service and the service has be abysmal. The only solution they have offered is returning the item, but I cannot leave the house due to lockdown and being at risk!! Long time customer but won’t be returning.

My protein complaint I purchased Impact Whey Protein – 5kg - unflavoured, this is the 3rd time I’ve used this product and have been happy with the results. That was till this purchase, like I have said this is not the first time of using .so after drinking my first mix I became physically sick, this I put down to maybe drinking it to quick, so I washed out all the containers etc ready to use again next time. Two days later I made a new mix and the same happened again (physically sick).then I inspected the contents of the bag and could smell that there was something wrong with it. So I contacted My Protein with my concerns about the product not being good and that it has something wrong with it. Their reply was to basically dismiss the product being anything but 100% good and unless I produced a Doctors certificate detailing that the product was why I was sick, they would not investigate further even though I requested that they arrange carriage for the item to be picked up so to be tested, you would think that this would be a concern of the highest, but obviously not. The customer service is extremely poor and most definitely unprofessional. I am now going to contact my local authority and the food service agency regarding the issue.

Order Number: 192863479 There are no zero stars or else I would have happily given zero. The worst service I have received in my life. I placed an order on 27th December, 19 (Christmas Sale). I ordered natural vanilla 2 x 5.5lbs. The order processed and stated that it will be dispatched on 30th Dec. Today is 17th Jan still my order is in processing. I mailed them 3 times before just to know what is the problem. The replies I got were "Due to the high volume of orders they are still processing it". Today I lost my patience and asked them again what is happening with my order? The response I got was horrible. They said that the flavour(Natural Vanilla) that I ordered they have stopped manufacturing. What???. So I told them that I am ok with some other flavour please dispatch my order I already waited for more than 3 weeks. They said they can't do it either. Really Guys!!!!. They used my money for more than 3 weeks and now they say they won't send me my order. This is a total SCAM. They just use their customers money.

Really bad company!! They cancelled my Black Friday order without any notice or any attempt to communicate this to me. I was waiting for almost a week then I contacted them. They said they would look into this but every time it was me that had to chase them. They said they are busy at the moment but seems like they choose who they want to reply to! It’s ridiculous that they don’t reply, don’t give any notice of cancellation and ignore you. They even deleted my account! After telling me that another team would follow this up and it would take up to 48 hours I had to contact them again and was told it would take 48 more hours, eventually this became 5-10 working days! I don’t understand the reason for the longer and longer delays. There was even a point when they disconnected me from an online chat before I had a chance to reply! At the same time they (Lewis) said “I feel like we are going round in circles”, I’m the one who should have said that (!!) 🤯 after the way I was treated, constantly having to chase them only to be told to wait for more time before they can give me any information about what was going to happen with my order! In the end I called them because I was annoyed that they had put me on a wait that seemed endless (another 5-10 days). Only the staff on the phone were able to explain what had happened to me. My experience really shows that MyProtein don’t value their customers at all. It could be that some misunderstanding happened during the purchase. However, they failed to tell me what happened, and every time I contacted them they made me feel disrespected. All I needed was for myprotein to clarify what’s wrong and figure out what to do. They changed their answer all the time. First they agreed to let me reorder then said the circumstances has changed (what?). People should be aware of this. They do not care if they lose a single customer since so many reviews here left 1 star and there’s no improvement being made. I will share this experience on social media. So disgraceful!! Zero star!!
