“Worst customer service ever.
They sent the wrong item and wild not credit or send the correct item until they got their item back and expected me to pay the postage for it after I waited over a week for an item needed for an event.
Unprofessional, and not looking after me as the customer when they made the mistake.

“Mytheresa has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The pair of shoes I bough ripped in 2 wears and when I tried to get them replaced or repaired, I was told it couldn’t happen. The issue has been going on for over 3 months now and I don’t know why they would treat their customers this way. They’ve been of no help, refused to talk to my parents because I “paid” for the shoes, and left me hanging. My only advice would be to never transact with them.”
“My first time ordered a Balmain jacket from here and they sent me a D&G baby T-shirt!!! Returned and they have confirmed receipt but they are not willing to refund to me yet!!! I bet they are waiting for the other buyer who received the jacket to return it but that’s not my problem!!! They sent the wrong item they should have refunded me!! This is terrible I’ve rang and emailed soooo many times they couldn’t do anything but wait for Germany to respond?!? It’s terrible! Who can I report to to get my money back!”
“Very disappointed. Bad customer service. I ordered 2 pair of shoes. One pair went on sale so I asked for a price adjustment. The only way for them to do a price adjustment is for me to ship it back. I asked for a store credit. They refused to give me one.. they simply just don’t return your call with an answer or ignore your emails...If I ship it back, I have to pay custom fee? Doesn’t make sense... I explained to them.....all they care about is money. Not customer satisfaction.”
“They offer no price adjustment on an item bought a week ago that went on sale! Their solution is “send it back madam and order again” that doesn’t help if you’ve already worn the item. Terrible customer service, not a luxury experience like netaporter and the other big online luxury vendors.”

“Bad customer service, took a Long Time to respond and cancelled my order without notice. I’ve been a customer for many years and recently it seems like they have outsourced their customer service to some vendor who is slow to respond and passive aggressive in their response. When faced with a complaint, their response is thanks for the feedback and wish you a good day. Don’t bother using them if you are expect good service. If nothing goes wrong and you don’t have to deal with their customer service, all is good. Otherwise, good luck with getting a timely and satisfactory response. Buyer beware”
“I have the best experience with Mytheresa for luxury goods. Purchase and return are free as long as you spend over €200. Occasionally they have promotion for free delivery for any purchase. The Pickup refund process is Super easy. Order a pickup service from DHL online takes me about 1 min, courier will pick up the package. Refund is received within 5 working days, mostly 3 working days for me from the day of pickup. Customer service is superior. I never had to wait, customer service pick up the phone immediately. Very good stock, fantastic purchase and return process, efficient customer service. The only suggestion is the website could do with some updates. Hard to pick more than 1 size in filter. Not sure why I need to log in every time when I check my account? Since I have face login, it doesn’t bother me that much, but still find it a bit inconvenient. All in all, Mytheresa is the best luxury online shop in my opinion!”
“Not happy with my purchase, bought gucci bag and it come with only box (damaged) + dustbag + bag , without shopping bag and authentic card, the bag was like old or rejected item. After email them then they just reply sorry & told me Gucci store sent to them like that. Very very bad, and if i return i need pay for the heavy tax + shipping”

Ordered some Gucci trainers. myteresa said they were delivered and signed for but not by me as I was away in the date they say they delivered. I’ve sent my boarding pass which show the exact dates of my break away. They stolen my money and I’m a world where there are so many reputable High end shopping sites is never use again. Net-a-Porter, Farfetch, Selfridges to name but a few. They all have same items. Be ware. They’ve taken £530 and basically stolen it despite my proof the delivery man didn’t deliver”
“I ordered a pair of Gucci espadrilles in a 6.5 i recieved them in about 2 days via. DHL they ran a bit small and exchanged them for a 7. DHL picked them up and i had the size 7 within 5 days. Beautifully packaged and in pristeen condition. I was impressed and truly happy. I dont understand the negative reviews. I was completely satisfied.”

“I had 2 very unhappy experience with mytheresa, my only 2 purchases from mytheresa, and would never recommend it to anyone.
Case 1: I bought a pair of leather shoes - Gucci princetown loafers, and when it arrived it was clearly worn with DEEP CREASES and SCRATCHES on the leather on both shoes. Delivery was quick and no complaints whatsoever in the logistics department. But after paying approximately €60 for local tax (shipped overseas) and DHL processing fee (which i understand is non-refundable), and the uncertainty of getting a brand new pair from mytheresa (and having to pay the tax and processing fee once more!), it just wasn't worth returning it so i had to keep the shoes. Needless to say i feel really CHEATED, having paid so much for a pair of used shoes. In future, I'd rather pay the full price and get it from the retail flagship store, at least I'm getting a fresh new pair!!!!!
Case 2: I bought a gucci belt and it came with just the dustbag in a mytheresa box, no gucci box. Why isn't the gucci box included if its an authentic product from a reputable platform like mytheresa??? Disappointed again.
These 2 incidents have made me really upset, frustrated, and furious with mytheresa. Conclusion - NO MORE!!!”
“AWFUL. YSL bag broke after 1 use, within 3 days of receiving it. I have been told it’s ‘not a big deal’ and they won’t refund the item, instead they will repair it and I will have paid full price for a bodged together £800 bag. Disgusting. They are German based and using to their advantage in terms of legal recourse.”
