Worst customer service ever. Cannot telephone them. Chat online does not work and they dont reply to you emails. Expensive shipping with no service. Parcel has been sitting for nearly 2 weeks in their possession. I refuse to use this company again. Please save yourself alot of heartache and dont use!

Hi I am a user of your website (Myus.com) Some day before, my account hold for several days, and I contact the support team and say waiting, we will contact you And they say your account will be opened in the next 24 hours and you can use it several days since 24 hours and my account has not been activated The support for this site is very weak Their online chat does not give the correct answer And when I send an email, it takes a few days for them to respond My products are in the account and I can not track them And I cant send them. I received an email with the following subject: (Hello Marjorei, I am writing you today to inform you that due to some information provided, we can no longer provide you services. The packages remaining in the Suite can only be returned to the merchants. Please contact the sellers through Amazon or through the merchant websites and request a pre-paid return label. Once you have the labels, please reply with them attached to this e-mail and we can have the packages returned. I look forward to your reply with the return labels. Best Regards, Tracy MyUS.com www.myus.com) Many of my products are non-refundable and I cannot provide a return label for them Because many sellers are not willing to take back the products And a lot of time has passed since buying them I have purchases made by myus. Do they get a return label for the products they bought for me? My request is that I can log in to my account and send my products to my address or allow me to send the products to the US

I had an awful experience with MyUS. First of all I am still waiting (6 weeks already) to get my package. And I have been charged for 155$ for 3,5kg which is extremely unfair. I have sent an email requesting to explain this robbery but as usual no reply no customer service at all! This is explained with fact that the company is already bankrupt and trying to grab as much money as they can before they are totally off. STOP REGISTERING ADDRESS BY THEM!

Horrible!!!!!!!!!!! I can put in words how bad my experience has been shipping through this company. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I've been waiting for a month now for a shipment,when I contacted the shipping company they don't have my parcel. I've gotton absolutele no response when I tried to contact them. Then they start charging me for storage but I can't get hold of them to sort my shipment out. I don't know if my purchases lost at this moment because NO RESPONSE!

Choose any other company. These guys lose packages. Have almost zero customer service. (I had to send more than 4 messages over two weeks before I heard anything back... and of course that entire time they are charging you fees) Their prices look good, but it is not worth it. Buyer beware. Run.

I had a order shipped from them, months later an email for PayPal about an invoice I paid to them. Tried to contact them, took forever, finally found out they didn't ship an item out of the package, so they left it in my suite with no notice and started charging me storage fees for it after the allotted time was used up. Left out packaged valued at $10. $15 storage fees, $21 shipping on me, for their mistake. Trashed package and deleted my account. I will give them points for a strong marketing scheme. Most of the online reviews are bogus created by the marketing campaign. Don't be fooled. Terrible customer service, just rude and belligerent.

If I could give 0 stars to myus.com, I would. I would urge anyone who is thinking of using them to PLEASE reconsider and use another company. They are a scam and will hold your products forever, provide no customer service and charge you ludicrous amounts of money for shipping. They held my packages for 2 months and provided me with no status claiming "Covid 19" as an excuse. I got so frustrated that I arranged for my own courier go to pick my packages up from them and told them to have the packages ready. After 9 failed attempts, I finally found the text of the VP of customer service and wrote a scathing note to her. I received no response, but the next courier attempt was successful. I had my packages sent to another freight forwarder who immediately logged my packages and sent them out (myusaddress.ca). myus.com does not answer phonecalls, you cannot leave messages, they do not have an online chat, so the only way you can communicate with them is email which takes days to respond and the responses are useless. You will seriously regret it if you go with them and their bogus claims...they have great marketing but NOTHING behind it…just money grabbers.

WARNING. STAY AWAY. It's been several weeks and I still haven't received my package. I'm now stuck dealing with the black hole of customs. MYUS messed up the declaration value and also didn't provide the correct shipping details. Guess who's stuck with the admin as well as paying a $118 penalty? Me! Their customer service is atrocious. Their attitude is "You're on your own buddy. Deal with it." Not only is MYUS at the rock bottom of delivery services I've used... BUT they are rock bottom out of ALL service providers I've used. I'm shocked at how poor they are at providing value to their customers.

Just another business who wouldn't know good customer service if it bit them in the behind. They managed to lose my first shipment with them, and then told me it was essentially too bad because claims can only be lodged if I purchased insurance, and I had not. It was a low value shipment, so I didn't need insurance. But I did expect a refund of the shipping fees they charged, since I paid for a service which was not provided, and they refused because the only way to do that was to lodge a claim. Catch 22. Some time later, they informed me they had found my shipment and shipped it out - but charged me a second shipping fee! Even after I explicitly told them not to. Several days of back and forth over email, and they graciously decided to give me a credit for future use, and called it a refund. No, a refund is money back in the original method of payment. Not a credit for a service which I will never use again. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this dodgy business.

I signed up during the COVID lockdown and there were some delayS, everything was resolved and I received my package. I used MyUS again, come September, it went from bad to worse...now $700 of merchandise is stuck and they’re not responding to email or telephone lines.

I’ve create shipping request with Myus.com on Aug 24 and until now Today is Sep 11, it’s been 18 days and they still did not ship my packages. They never replies email or pick up phone call. They don’t even reply to PayPal dispute. I don’t know what else I can do besides sitting here and waiting for shipping notification everyday. BE AWARE! DO NOT USE THEM!

I have been a member of MyUs for 5 years and while I understand Covid-19 has impacted everyone, the current service/lack the of is totally appalling! First, I had a parcel supposedly shipped (but received no notification or tracking) and it still hasn't turned up despite being marked a delivered. Shortly after, I had another shipment consolidated... It took 16 days for them to FINALLY send it... BUT one of the items was removed from the shipment and placed back in my suite. Contacting customer service is pointless, I've had to send multiple emails over the last 3 weeks and have heard NOTHING despite social media telling me they'd escalate it to the head of customer service. Their live chat is never working, so not I have a missing parcel, a shipment that I'm hoping to get, minus one item sitting in my suite despite being charged full price to ship everything requested. Definitely wouldn't recommend using them after this

Provided advise of incoming shippment and still after 8 days not in suite. Request consolidated delivery takes 10 days. Never respond to and email. Place items in review for no reason. Takes more then a week to process and place packagd in suite. Delay delay and delay. Purchased a gift for my wife's birthday. Its gone missing. Send more then 4 communications, not one response to address status. No customer service.

I have been using this company for some time, and during the peak of COVID crisis they got a little slow but they didn't completely mess it up. Fast forward to a month ago, I received 4 items in my suite. I issued a shipping request to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on August 16 got charged for it upfront, and it got shipped by UPS only on August 27. All of a sudden, I got a notice that one of the 4 items was not shipped and was sent for REVIEW!!!! WTF??? Now, this item is still sitting in my suite under review and I can do NOTHING about it. I sent emails, messages and tried to call and live chat. NOBODY IS THERE. You think my miserable experience stopped there? Nope, get this: The shipment is now being held by UPS in their local warehouse in Riyadh. I contacted UPS, and they said the sender owes us money and they failed to pay and we can't release the shipment until MyUS pays its dues!!!!! I asked them what would happen if MyUS continues to ignore your payment demands? They said we will destroy the shipment!!!!! WTF??? I asked UPS to release my shipment and deal with MyUS in court. They refused. They said the only way your shipment gets released is if MyUS pays us what's owed. Now I'm out of my money I paid to get this shipped, I don't have my shipment, and MyUS is thus far ignoring me. This is going to be my last experience with them. I advise you to avoid at all cost.

I have had a nightmare experience with myus.com....DO NOT sign up with them. Worst company EVER...they simply gouge and provide NO customer service. They are holding my products in and will not release them. They will not take phonecalls, no chats, just hide behind emails which are useless. Use muysaddress.ca ...they are fast, cheap and soooo customer friendly.

My package arrived last week and still no sign of it in my account yet and 4 emails sent no reply. If someone want to use them think again. I’ll update you guys later.
