Hello, I was a user on myus.com This site is a scam site They canceled my account without any reason I had nearly 100 products in this account, but they took all my products and did not send them to me All the goods are the goods of my customers This company is a robbery company I am now left with 100 customers to answer to This company is not reliable at all and don't trust this company anymore because you will get hit like me

I've had a package sent through them with a 10-15 days delivery date range. After 14 days, the tracking number they show on their site still appears to be nonexistent when looking it up with the carrier (Australia Post). The myus staff ridiculously claim that the tracking number will only start working when the package arrives in the destination country... The most likely scenario now seems that they stole the content of my package, charged me for shipping that they never made, and will keep wasting my time with various excuses while I chase them until I may just give up and cut my losses... Be extremely careful with them and be sure to do credit card chargbacks as well as to sue them and leave reviews to warn others

The absolute worst. Criminal actually. I had 3 sets of headphones and some pants sent there. Over two hundred dollars worth and they won't send them because the system they have is so appalling that I've contacted them one 8 occasions trying to resolve any issues and everytime they pretend through the chat that things might be sorted it stops working or they end the chat due to inactivity?after like 3o secs. I've changed the password 3 times, played back and forth for hours SCAM!! SERIOUSLY SCAM!!

I attempted to sign up for the free trial of premium services. I went through the entire process and was told I would NOT be charged. However, I had forgotten I had previously made an account a year ago, so I was ineligible for the free trial and was charged. This would have been fine but I was given no warning about the charge and it just showed up on my PayPal account. I contacted support through WhatsApp and was told I would get an account credit for the $9.99 and my account was downgraded back to the single package member. I never received $9.99 back. When contacted again customer support told me $9.99 was the fee to switch account types so I would not be refunded. Note I did not use their service at all I would not be upset about not getting a refund except it was extremely shady that I was charged without any confirmation on my part. When I used the service a year ago I ended up paying double the estimated cost from the website since I had chosen MyUS preferred express as this was described as the most affordable choice I assumed that would mean it would cost approximately the same as the cheapest estimate. I understand there can be some differences between actual cost and the estimate but did not expect to pay twice the estimated amount to ship a small package. I should have learned my lesson last time, but I will not be using this company again. .

Charged me $40 dollars for 1kg. sent by Australian Post, which they decided, had no choice. According to website, shipment should arrive within 5-10 business days. After 11 business days still no tracking available, although they gave an awb and they want me to wait up to 15 business days before even trying the contact Australian Post. Australian Post does not recognize the awb or tracking information. For comparisson, Fedex shipment of 2.4kg shipping and handling costs of $22.50 and arrived within 5 days!

What a Rip off, they have hidden cost on packaging your packages, I have waited over a month to get my parcel, since I requested dispatch. Once they have received your goods you are screwed as they can charge as they see fit all hidden costs not mentioned... I had to Pay a vet inspection Fee?? for the state vet to inspect a pet supplement ??? "No feed back" If you are ever thinking to use this company for anything outside the USA Be AWARE IT IS GOING TO BE SUPER EXPENSIVE, They will hold off on shipping so you have to pay another month etc.. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF AND VERY INCONVENIENT

Horrendous prices! Not worth it for such a horrible interface and no customer service help. Not a real person or useful tool in sight on the website genuinely enraged me. Used the service to cut on shipping costs and they charged me $70 to ship two packs of paper playing cards!! Rediculous!!

I have used MyUS for years and it was okay, but after they got acquired by Aramex, the quality of service took a nosedive. I lost $460 worth of merchandise after MyUS failed to accept a request of return of a shipment, I did all I could to make the return happen, which is: * Request the return from both DHL and MyUS * Personally coordinating between the two * Contact MyUS' support, ask for return and pay for it After a couple of weeks, my shipment was confiscated by customs, I received an email from DHL making it clear that it is MyUS' fault failing to accept the return. I asked MyUS' support in a well written email if I am illegible to a refund since I paid for insurance, and if not do I get the money I paid and was not used for the service back, which is customs fees that I paid to MyUS, and returns fees. Neither customs clearance or return happened, so in theory I should get my money back. The response I got from support was: "If you return a shipment, we are unable to issue a refund and the return refund will be applied." Yes, that one-liner that I have no idea what it means. There is practically no customer support, and the level of incompetence is astonishing.

Literally a scam, i just login as a free user and somehow i am now a premium and got charged $10 from the website via paypal, i am currently dont know how to cancel it and if not, i will have to pay $10 every month eventhough i havent use the service once

Warning! SCAM…You will pay way more than quoted! I had ordered 2 items from Walmart to ship to Australia. Fairly straight forward and shipping was quoted at 39.00 USD. But when I received my bill I was charged for; ••GST (double the value) ••Address correction (Walmart didn’t include the suite number I had entered) ••Dangerous goods fee ••Insurance (I didn’t ask for) ••Shipping (Double the quoted price) The charge was 3.5 times higher then the quoted price in USD which when converted to AUD was another 50%! When I calculated what it would have cost to just order the same two items on EBAY Australia it would have been 100.00 cheaper! Do yourself a favour and stay away from this SCAM!!!

Second complain I need to do on MyUS in the same week. There was 1 product in my case that MyUS said it could not ship. I asked to discard the product. They say they take 1-2 business days to do it. After 2 business days I contacted customer service. The agent cancelled my request, submitted again and said now I need to wait 2 more days!!!! Unbelievable!

Hello, Do not really check what they receive and want to have you paying pictures when they wrote false descriptions ( ex: no leather sole when the shoes come with leather sole). They make you pay 3 times for the same invoice. The service went down since there is a new owner.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by MyUS. I recently used their service to ship a parcel to Cyprus, but unfortunately, the parcel was never delivered to me. According to the tracking information, the parcel is stuck somewhere in DHL and there has been no progress in its delivery for weeks. Despite multiple attempts to contact MyUS for assistance, I have received no response from their customer service team. I am frustrated with the lack of communication and assistance provided by MyUS, and the fact that my parcel has been lost in transit with no resolution in sight. This experience has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss, and I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by MyUS. I would not recommend their services to anyone, and I urge others to consider alternative options for their shipping needs.

There service is terrible and nothing seems to work as advertised. I ordered a mobile phone from Verizon who would not ship it to PR. I had it shipped to my MyUS address and - It took 3 days to log in the receipt and my nagging them to check for it. They kept saying "it can take up to 48 hours". - They also had outdated instructions on their website for receiving packages and, after inquiring about it, they simply said "oh, that is outdated". Yeah, so remove it maybe so you don't waste your customer's time being confused! - Then, because of the delay, I would no longer be in PR when I was likely to receive the package. No problem, I can have it shipped to the US address where I will be. PROBLEM, they want to charge me duplicate FL sales tax of over $100 to ship it to a US address. Keep in mind, I already paid sales tax to Verizon and send them the invoice several times. - They now just keep asking me the same question over and over and, after sending them the invoice with proof of my sales tax payment, I just keep waiting a whole day for a response every time they ask me for information again, much of which are duplicate requests. - When they received the package and list it on my account, there is an attached shipping invoice which clearly shows what I paid Verizon in FL sales tax. They already had this info and now I have provided it again about three times. - I am still trying to get them to send out my package but, I fear, I may be done with my travels and back in PR by the time they get around to sending it. My next step will be to report the package stolen by them to the police. I don't know what else to do but won't be extorted for $250 between insurance, shipping, and illegal duplicate sales tax in order to get my package that I already paid for.

I wish I had read these earlier - currently in a battle with MyUS to get my package. Their 'true price' is a load of BS. Charing duties and insurance using their own pricing value of the goods. I've provided evidence of what I paid and they are still opening the package and disputing it! Its none of their business what I paid, they don't know what discounts I get due to subscriptions, vouchers etc. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I though ComGateway was bad, but MyUS is proving to be worse! At least ComGateway gave me some promotional codes to reduce the unexpected costs. MyUS have offered nothing but interference.

Shipment was designated to my home address in Istanbul (to doors). At arrival DHL requested me to clear the customs. Customs procedures exeeded the value of goods by 130%. MyUS refused to make return of payment of the goods if I would ship it back ("read Terms&Conditions"). Be aware - ordering is working one way, no return possible.

I had a $100 sweatshirt I needed mailed from UK to USA. First it took a week to log in my package. Their web site says 1-2 days. I requested that myus.com ship it to me the cheapest way possible. Myus.com ended up shipping it vie express mail in a 20x17x12 box which tripled the cost just because of the size of the box. I even requested that they pack it in the smallest box possible. I was expecting to pay around $20 but was charged $130 to ship a sweatshirt. I am so mad at these people and I'm considering reversing the charge through my Credit Card.

I had terrible service with MyUS.com ...I couldn't even get them to send my package. They kept coming at me with more and more demands, until I wasn't able to get them the product documentation from the seller that they required. That would have been something to let people know is required before they use their service but they only told me after two months of trying to figure out why they wouldn't send my package to me because their website is entirely useless...then it was unbelieve how long it took them to return my package to the seller, which they made as difficult as humanly possible and ONLY made the package available for the pickup driver to collect once I threatened with legal action! Four months while collecting money from me in membership fees to keep my account open while they held my package hostage!
