Better care is needed when packing. My translucent powder was completely shattered and spilt everywhere when I opened it

The concealer is great but the lip/cheek product smells so rancid that I don’t want it anywhere near my face. Smells like it expired a few years ago. It’s gross.

Your brush quality has gone severely down. I took advantage of the offer of a free foundation brush with primer & foundation, and the brush is terrible. The lip brush I bought is not at all like the one I have from yourselves that I bought years ago. I’m very disappointed! 😕

My order I received was packed beautifully, it arrived on time. I do prefer to purchase in store. Online ordering was easy, but sadly the reason I ordered online was I received an email from Napoleon earlier in the week if I ordered over $150.00 worth of products I would receive a small amount of different products on offer from Napoleon ( it was a special offer at the time). I was starting to run low on a few products so ordered online thinking I would receive the bonus items once $150.00 was spent. I never received anything extra as I thought as I spent over $150.00 and assumed this was the conditions of purchase, you spend $150.00 and you receive a special extra items from Napoleon. If you wish to view my order it was Tax Inv NP-146997. I have worn Napoleon products for about 15 years and love alot of your products, I thought it would be worth mentioning. I hope no one else who ordered online missed out on the offer like I did.

Concealer for under my eyes...not happy with it as it is too orange and harsh to under eye skin as it requires pulling on my skin to work it in. I used to love the under eye concealer you used to sell but I can no longer see it on your website so I tried this one and it doesn't compare. I have emailed you several months ago, on your website asking if you will be bringing it back but nobody responded. Unfortunately I won't be buying from your website anymore if I can't get the under eye concealer you used to sell... I will buy matching skin products from wherever I can buy the under eye concealer from. Kind regards Julie

There is never stock of basic eyeshadow colours in light browns etc and China’ doll foundation in look 2

China Doll Foundation Look 2 came back into stock in December 2019 and just last month 25 shades re-joined our eyeshadow collection. you dont have the colour I use and have used for years in stock - been out of stock for months now. Bring back sheer genius foundation please!!!
