“I cannot say enough good things about this company! I was originally sent the wrong color headboard and they replied right away to make it right. The process couldn’t have been more convenient for me and they seemed genuinely happy to help. They not only were fast and friendly but sent a follow up email after the delivery came with the correct piece to make sure everything was fixed. Honestly I was blown away with the customer service and the furniture is stunning!”

“I had the best experience with Cameron at Nathan James. I ordered two pieces that I loved. They just didn’t go with my space. I reached out via email and Cameron quickly took care of it all and got me an exchange. The new piece looks beautiful in our space!”

“I randomly stumbled on Nathan James book shelf online when I was searching for a great shelf for my apartment. At first I was skeptical because I never heard of this website before. But I took the risk of ordering anyway; I was not only satisfied by their product and the short delivery time, I was also satisfied by their customer service and their diligence from start to end. Since then, I ordered another shelf and it was as great as the first one.😊👌”
