“I have been a subscription member for many years, and also appreciate having access to U.S. Legal Forms through my membership, too. I wanted to call your attention to one of your employees, Isaiah McKnight, for exceptional services rendered above and beyond the call of duty. I needed a particular type of trust form, and he tried over and over to find the right form for me, finally succeeding in doing so. It would have been easier for him to simply say, "we don't have that form available," but that extra effort is one of the reasons I will continue to renew my subscription. Well done, Isaiah! “NBI is fantastic for CLEs. The website is super easy to navigate, arranged to access what I need asap. I also like the summaries for each state that have what the CLE requirements are. I purchased the all access pass and it's already paid for itself. I plan to get all my 2022 CLEs done too. The quality of the video and audio is superb. The customer service is fantastic too. “Speakers should know the audience that they are addressing; The first speaker assumed that there were only attorneys attending. He at least acknowledged that there were attorneys of all levels attending. The second speaker was interesting. The third speaker read off the slides, boring!!!”

“In depth analysis of seminar topic led by obviously talented experts selected by NBI. I also love the unlimited number of choices and not having to pay extra to do as many as I want for $999. Although I understand that NBI must verify attendance, having to click on the screen every 15 minutes to prove I'm watching is a bit much. Makes getting food or going to the bathroom risky since I could miss a checkin. Perhaps 2-3 times over 7 hours is more appropriate. However, I do recommend to all.”

“I attended a 6 credit course via my iPhone, which apparently is not supported, and NBI could not process my credits as the pop ups did not all appear on my phone. NBI is working with me to get me credit, but the extra paperwork would not be necessary if the platform worked with iOS to begin with.”

“The materials and slides do not always ..rarely contain the statutory citation. The marijuana instruction is a happy exception as the instructors consistently referred to the staute [NYS Labor Law 201(d)] This pattern of not giveing statutecitation is a significant flaw as the statutory basis for the instruction is fundamental. It is not overly burdensome to provide statutory citations. Instructors are better about providing case citations which are also an imperative.”
