“The rating would have been five stars but for the technical aspect. The requirement of adobe flash player prevented me from attending on a smart phone or tablet and forced me to find a PC while mine was unavailable. Adobe flash player is a dying app and there is no reason to continue to rely on it for web casts. The substance of the program would have received five stars if listed separately.”

“N.B.I. provides the diversity of programs and platforms which allows me to complete my annual CLE requirements without travelling to out of town program sites. Having a full pass annual program also lets me explore other practice areas and brush up on trial techniques which otherwise would not be economically feasible.”

“Speaker was excellent; facilities were excellent. The program and materials were good, but I felt like they were a bit more "basic" than the course description provided. As a result, a lot of course time was spent going over base level information, and some of the more complex/interesting subjects received only a cursory discussion (i.e. the planning tools themselves, such as trusts and annuities, which I would have thought from the course title would have been the primary focus). Nonetheless, overall a good program.”

“The presenters so far have been really poor. The instruction is disorganized. The presenters just lecture or read bullet points from a PowerPoint. They don't provide good examples. Overall, they have been ineffective teachers.”

“I cannot believe that you all do not have a smartphone application that permits us to access purchased downloads are listen to them from that platform. I made this same comment two years ago and I was told that one would be available soon, from two years ago. If an application is not available by the time my subscription expires, I will not renew.”

“Good course selection. Just wish the locations were always in the suburbs or at a place where there was free parking so we could go in and out for lunch or hearings that we needed to attend and then return without having to pay for parking again.”

“I like NBI. I enjoy telephone seminars and live seminars. Please come up with new classes and material. And please stop holding Baltimore seminars way out in Padonia Road area or Linthicum or Columbia. Not everyone has a car. Thank you.”

“1. Why was this titled "Top Mistakes in Issuing, Dividing and Transferring LLC Member Interests"? This was not the subject matter covered in the lecture. A more accurate title would be "Oral Modifications of LLC Operating Agreements Under Washington State Law." 2. This was mostly about the case law and statutes in the State of Washington. Why is this marketed to a national audience. 3. Sound quality of the CD is poor.”
