To a significant extent this was cursory on many topics. A better program would have provided document samples (e.g., to resolve boundary issues), and the materials needed to have case and statutory citations. To the extent that the course involved litigation with federal, state and local governments the presentation was missing needed discussions on sovereign immunity and traps for the unwary.

Very good content with very good presenters, except one. I think that he may have been brought in at a late hour.

Always a great seminar. There are some really good speakers that apply his or her knowledge to real life scenarios!

The materials were useful. Thank you. I was there from 8:30-4:15 due to another meeting at 4:30 and it lasted long....til close to 5:30. My colleague tried to get my completion form and was told no. It's not my fault it went long. The presenters mostly read the materials...it was good when the audience shared scenarios in networking. I would like my certificate please.

The meeting room at the Holiday Inn was too small, too drab, dreary and depressing. The speakers were good.

NBI is a great organization with great programming. As a transactional lawyer, there are very few other outfits that offer the breadth and depth of programs that address my practice. They are my go-to if I'm looking for interesting and relevant CLE credit.

The recent CLE I purchased on social media discovery is thorough and answers many questions I have faced in my practice. Excellent CLE and well worth the money.

This is my first business class with NBI. The registering process was easy. The class event date has not started yet. But when it does, I will surely write a review.

The topics and courses are invaluably helpful and spectacularly informative and instructive in the selected area to be presented by NBI. A “must” for any practitioner wanting to be on the leading edge.

The written material has absolutely nothing to do w/ the presentation. It does not follow it chronologically nor content-wise. This is the third of these presentations I have attended, and in all three, while it is great to get insight into what judges think, there does not appear to be any thought or care placed into the written material handed-out. As someone who also writes and teaches for a living, I find that aspect of the course unacceptable. The presenters themselves were great.

What a phenomenal conference! I loved how the different lawyers addressed current topics and gave different perspectives. I learned so much and I'm excited to take back what I learned to share with others.

I love the fact you can get great gratification of studying a subject, however the book was referencing most of everything from 2017 when it is 2019 almy 2020. On how much the book cost it should be an free update.

The Ultimate guide to Trust was an excellent seminar for me as a practicing CPA, and a trustee of several trust. There's not many places to go in order to get this knowledge. The course did need a better presentation of Distributable Net Income (DNI) calculation needed in Fiduciary income taxation.

1. Specific examples as to who is as an interested or adverse Trustee for an Irrevocable Trust, ie husband or child, in accordance with the Internal Revenue Code would be helpful. 2. Samples of some of the basic wording of Irrevocable trusts and common mistakes in wording would also be helpful.
