“I find the courses that I have taken have been presented with knowledgeable attorneys presenting them. I have purchased several on-line and on-demand which both have been very convenient for me. I like the 3 hour classes because it allows me to have time to tend to my clients and their cases without being out-of-pocket for a full day.”
“The actual presentations were very good and very timely. I had lots of technical issues getting into the presentations for two days and none on the third day. The Adobe Connection did not load into my computer, even with Lisa's great help. Finally I found an older version of the program for 32-bit online and it worked on my Windows 10 computer, but, it took time to resolve.
The price I paid for the three presentations was just right for my budget.”
“I enjoyed the Medical Record Analysis for Paralegals: Chronologies, Summaries and Expense Itemizations. It was presented professionally in a timely manor. I enjoyed all of the Information. Thank You!”
“very disappointing. to many replacements that did not follow the script. disorganized. The moderator was very pleasant. Not enough time spent on the anatomy and common complications.”
“Due to a technical issue I was able to get in to the event about 10 minutes late, even after exactly following the directions provided. The Support person that I spoke to did not understand why there was a problem. The overall topic (Handling mental health issues) was misleading. there was a large focus on Special Education rather than dealing with Mental health issues. There was quite a bit of time spent on mandatory reporting, with no new information provided. School administrators know about mandatory reporting. I placed a few questions in the Q & A section that were not answered, at least not directly. Why have a means to submit questions that do not get answered. Some of Mr. Mueller's presentation was very informative. However, the volume on his presentation was terrible. I had to find external speakers to use to amplify the sound to a greater extend, and still could only hear about 60%-75% of what he said. He also laughed a lot during his sessions. The laughing was at the very least awkward, but made it difficult to believe that he was extremely knowledgeable on his topics. Overall, there seemed to be more of a focus on special education and other general items related to education (mandatory reporting, the importance of documenting communications, etc.). I do not feel that I am significantly more knowledgeable on the legal issues surrounding mental health issues today than I was before the seminar.”
“The change from teleconference to the webinar format foreclosed the ability call in on a head set and move around during the conference. Now I am stuck in front of a computer listening to sometimes choppy audio feed. That change degraded use of the service.”
“I paid for an unlimited subscription and then ordered on demand courses but the website doesn’t work. It doesn’t acknowledge my subscription or the courses I’ve ordered”
“I’m not sure which recent purchase NBI wants reviewed. However, the problem I’m encountering with many of these NBI videos is that the speakers don’t have enough content, stamina, and organization to keep me interested for six hours. That’s a lot of time to spend on listening to the speakers’ irrelevant anecdotes, political opinions, and trite comments. Editing is needed.”
“So tired of receiving garbage emails from NBI. I have requested you fix it on numerous occasions but you seem unable to take care of business in a professional manner. What do I think about companies who routinely send out these emails? Not much! Get it together NBI! You can afford to get this fixed. It’s been going on at least a year. Sad.

“I love the ease in ordering webinars. I feel the area of digital forensics should be broadened, allowing for more webinar options. My only critique after having attended several seminars is that between the presenters topics are being duplicated and seem somewhat repetitive. One individual on my most recent webinar had a bullet list of items to cover and she only covered 4/6 due to being long winded. I was very happy with the continued service after lunch/breaks.”
