This is my first year of subscribing to the all inclusive education offer. I had determined that this would be the only year. I appreaciate that you have provided Covid-19 training and updates. I hope that you will continue to give guidance. this aspect is what "could make me into a return customer." I am a CPA and the legal view point has helped to widen my knowledge base.

I participated in a free webinar today Adopting to the Pandemic 5 ways Solo and small firms can make a big difference. Good topic but speaker spoke fast and sometimes was inaudible I did not see any way to have a visual and apparently there are no CLE credits Additional the speaker gave us his email contact but I apparently wrote it down wrong

the webcast connections are disrupted throughout the program and causes me to miss parts of the program, and even a verification code sometimes. as such, I receive incomplete credit hours for the program

if you cancel any live seminar --policy of mailing the written material to enrollees would improve your business practice--and provide your customer better service and best way to benefit your customers

Recent Coronavirus webinar was excellent. Presenter was totally clear, succinct, interesting, knowledgeable. She did a great job. I would recommend NBI webinars from now on.

The venue was acceptable but you should train your table monitors to recognize the following issues: 1. several attendees reported the stifling heat in the room followed by cold 2. The middle speaker was as bad as it gets. Even with a boring subject a good speaker is usually able to bring some life and humor 3. The room next door was used for a luncheon during part of our seminar and it was very loud and disruptive. There were other same sized rooms that could have been used to avoid this disruption. Otherwise it was ok.
