“NBI does a fine job with the scheduling and topic selections of its live webcasts. Remote faculty (WFH) may become a norm. If so, I would recommend that faculty presenters (who are very much appreciated) double down on 1) speaking from a non-distracting background; 2) speak less from notes and more into the camera for better interface with the audience members; 3) not run out of time, thus shorthanding the last minutes of their part(s); and 4) spend some but less time sharing their personal/professional backgrounds (especially since the materials provide helpful bios). Speaking of which, the printable materials typically serve as very helpful reference sources going forward. Lastly, try not to increase the seminar fees more than nominally since current pricing can be a pinch during these budget cutting times. Thank you.”
