“Should not penalize for IT issues and should allow the half hour makeup on the on demand. The password was an issue for the IT dept to try and get me logged in. I will not have to do the entire course on demand to get my full credits. It should allow makeup for the login time that you missed so you don't have to do the entire course again. Just a suggestion. Thanks.”

“The presenter rambled on for a while. He had to be stopped and cut off way before the presentation was finished. This prevented the class students from getting the full presentation that we paid for.”

“I started using NBI exclusively for my continuing education requirements several years ago. I committed to purchasing a "pass" about 4 years ago, and am so happy that I did. The monthly payment made it easy and affordable to obtain all of my necessary credits - for both of my licenses (WA & CA). There is a wide variety of topics available for both live and recorded credits. NBI was extremely helpful when the pandemic hit in providing online resources in lieu of "live" seminars that allowed me to continue to take courses online, at no additional expense. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get convenient and affordable CLE credit.”

“The topic could not fill the time reserved for the presentation. Much of the time was filled with related topics (i.e. confidentiality), but not topics on point with regard to email communication specifically. The use of examples would have helped. Attorney-client privilege would have been a better topic with about 30 mins spent on email communication.”

“I have attended and spoken at many NBI seminars/webinars. As an attendee, the topics are timely and relevant and the speakers are knowledgeable. As a speaker, the coordinators and moderators are pleasant and good at their job. Personally, I like the discount coupons that are issued from time to time. All those CLE's cost money! Highly recommended.”

“The NBI courses rarely offer specific motions/orders, I really needed this as a new attorney in the state. These are helpful in CLE, and the course books NBI provides rarely offer them, if ever. Instead the materials/power points are more like law review articles—generally not helpful in active practice. With the high price of the yearly subscription, I would have rather spent my money on specific courses in my state that offered more guidance on state motion practice. I did appreciate the ease of taking a course and your quick response to get the credit to that state board.”
