I was frustrated with this session. I was able to link to the visual presentation, but could not connect to hear. The instructions that typically come with reminders, the phone numbers was not available, but instead a pop-up help response came up and the phone number went by too quickly. After 15 minutes of frustration, I tried to download the presentation and left the meeting.

Easy to sign up for, typically very helpful information and interesting speakers. Often some technical hiccups but that is to be expected. Have been satisfied with all courses I have purchased and appreciate the ease in having the CLE hours submitted in a timely fashion.

This is an affordable way to learn a new practice area. I’ve been pleased with the amount of on demand programming available for $40/month.

It was meh and not as awesome as made out to be. Or perhaps my expectations were too high??? Not a lot of hands on or demonstration for tips that would be helpful in Outlook and Word for instance. Mostly watching the presenter lecture. The presentation screen was so small it was IMPOSSIBLE to see the presenter clicking about when they did have something to show. It was so frustrating! Perhaps remove or make your NBI logo surrounding the presenters screen much smaller. On my laptop, what I was looking at was hardly larger than my cell phone. I called about how disappointed I was so they provided me with the video to re-watch if I want. I would prefer to view it again w/ the raw video so I can use the full screen and actually see what was discussed.

Great content. Repeated sketchy execution due to virtual format technology. By now these issues should have been resolved. These issues have repeatedly prevented me from receiving CLE credit. Even though content and not CLE credit was my primary interest, the resulting value proposition of NBI courses is not commensurate with your competitors, who I will be much more inclined to use in the future.

The price for the content has made me hesitant to sign up for courses in general. And when I do, I am usually disappointed with the lecture and materials as there tends to be a focus on basic principals (that any paralegal should know before signing up for a course) and droning on about specific examples from the lecturer's office/practice in a one-off case. So I am spending $100-300 without gaining any knowledge and losing hours. I do like that NBI offers so many ways to view the material (DVD, on-demand, etc.) and they are one of the few approved resources available to me and approved by my firm and state for CLE credits, but I believe the prices are hiked up to push towards an annual subscription which I cannot afford and could never talk my attorney into paying.

The discussions among the panelists about practical experiences relating to topic being presented was especially helpful. Members of the panel brought "life" to the subjects of retirement products, federal regulations, which can be "dry". Paul Wright and Thomas Murphy were especially talented in presenting their materials with enthusiasm. Note: Paul Wright's materials on his first two presentations (SECURE Act update and Nature of Retirements Assets) were more detailed than the materials provided for download. I request Mr. Wright's more detailed materials. Thank you Marjorie Black

I am required to take a certain number of CLE's per year and I always look at NBI first. They have a great selection of CLE's and so many different areas of law. A recent CLE webinar I attended - Mini Med School for Attorneys for fantastic. I had been wanting a CLE just like this for a couple years now and they knocked it out of the park.

All good except the inability to adjust the playback speed of audio and video conferences as is usually available (in my experience) on most audio and video podcasts.

These are the worst CLEs I have ever attended. This is the second one within 3 months that I have tried and they were both family law related CLEs and they were worthless. I gained no benefit from them and feel like I have wasted time and money. Your CLE credits are more expensive than the options provided by my state bar and nowhere near as informative. These are a joke and are strictly for people who are just trying to get their annual CLE hours met with no intention of gaining any knowledge. If you would actually return my money for value not received I would appreciate it, but I know that will never happen because you are just a money-grubbing company who has no one regulating your crappy uninformative "courses" I will never use this company again and will never have anything positive to say about my experence with this company.

I am pleased with the service I've received from NBI; however, I can't give informed feedback at this time because I purchased an "On Demand" training which is scheduled for February 15th and the training will be available around February 25th.

For the most part, ordering seminars is a rather simple process. However, at times, the quality of presenters leaves a bit to be desired. have had non-lawyer presenters, although not as frequently lately. More recent problems with presenters have been the following: 1) Lack of preparation. 2) presentation consists of reading their Power Point or notes. No substance to presentation beyond what is on paper.
