“Many great CLE class offers for my state. Presenters do not always want to give their special tips on how to properly write a legal document to achieve the type of trust or purpose of the legal document and we continue to struggle with this issue. Those presenters who do teach us how to get the job done are superior. NBI continues to help to provide the samples and details we need in a CLE and I applaud them for that. However, printing up our own materials has a cost attached that is higher than obtaining printed materials from NBI that needs to be considered. Overall NBI is doing a great job and they do follow up with their surveys moreso than any other entity offering CLE's. Thank you, NBI.”
“NBI is great. The only downside is that I recently asked if there was a timetable for the resumption of live in-person seminars, and customer service said that there is no plan at the moment. With everything reopening, I think we should at least have a timetable for when they will resume. I find them much more collaborative and engaging than webcasts.”
