“I sent in a request for clarification of an order. A couple of your customer service guys sent me an expletive filled email about my annoying emails. I don't think I'll do business with NBI again.”

“For the most part these are good courses BUT, in today's Market they are pricey. I hope the money is being spread around and not floating to the top.”

“I needed to complete my CLE reporting requirements by months end. I found NBI and soke with a representative about my need for live courses. She assured me they had the courses I needed and were accredited in my state. NBI definitely came through for me. Excellent courses with relevant and professional presentations.”

“The unlimited subscription option for on demand video CLE training has allowed me to become more proficient in my practice areas and also dabble in areas I would not have been able to study on a pay for view basis. My problem is finding the time to take all the courses that are of interest. High value and the convenience of on line courses is hard to overstate. As a semi retired attorney, I am watching courses simply for the enjoyment of learning new things.”

“I spent a long day in the program and have not received the Certificate of Attendance that I need for CLE. There was an audio/video glitch that shut us down for 20 minutes during the afternoon and three of the hour-long segments had no powerpoint materials at all. Very frustrating.”
